Very amazing service

I’ve been coming here for the majority of the year for medication management as well as therapy. I’m from Los Angeles and had the same doctor for years. But since moving to Utah I’d nearly given up on finding a good… therapist here. Until I met Tammy Hardy. I have lots of complex trauma I’m working through and finding someone with the ability to understand and help me is challenging. Tammy has all the skills and experience to help me through it. I liked her from the first visit. I feel seen during our visits and I leave the appointment feeling lighter than when I came in.I will continue my care with her for as long as she stays at this clinic I feel so lucky to have found her in the 100s of doctors that are listed on our insurance.

Alejandro was efficient and effective at getting me set up for a telehealth appointment as quickly as possible 10 out of 10 would recommend as well as he confirmed and sent over telehealth link so I can have my… appointment as soon as possible. He did a great job.

I found them unprofessional. They also sent me a random email a half a year later with a bill stating they were sending it to collections when I had gotten 0 previous notifications to pay it. I checked my spam. It was… written in such a way I genuinely thought it was a scam email.

Dr. Storer is hands down the best therapist I've had. After the first session, I felt like I had been duped by everyone before. I've done the most growth and changes over the last two years of my life thanks to comp… psych. The only reason I did not provide 5 stars is that the self-pay systems/patient portal is not user-friendly, and I've had multiple issues with billing. I also scheduled a virtual session that I was never sent contact info for, then was charged a no-show fee. Thankfully, they were really accommodating about removing the fee when I brought it up. All in all, the people are great, but systems, processes, and procedures could use a little polishing. - R. Rogo

Look at how many reviews of this place are 1star😂! We also had a terrible experience. Complete waste of time. Don't give them a moment of your time or money. Awful business.

Chelsey the New Patient and Referral Coordinator was SUPER KIND and HELPFUL!!! They got me set up all perfectly and helped me out with any questions and concerns i had!!!

Linda (therapist) is a thoroughly brilliant and highly intelligent person. She has experience and background to drill down to the basics and to start mending behaviors. She’s just a great person and adept at her craft.

This place is awful. Its like walking into a Goodwill. No communication. Terrible service.

I have been working with CPS since May of 2025. We had a few hiccups at first and I really struggled because of a billing issue. But since then, I have had excellent success in maintaining a great relationship with Jory… Hatfield LCWS whom I have dealt with since the beginning. Sometimes, the office and the scheduling can be a bit weird and they need to do better. But other than those little issues, I have found Jory to be very patient with me and my many issues. He is always respectful of my disabilities and never downgrades or belittles my disabilities to make me feel worse. I always feel like I get things accomplished (even when I had put him through the wringer for filling out paperwork for my disability through my employer). He is very patient and calm.

Only reason I would even give this place a 1 instead of a 0 is for the provider who did my psychological testing. Every other experience was just plain awful. Very unhappy with services given and felt very on edge… during every session. Bowman Blake never got my pronouns or preferred name right even after he was REPEATEDLY reminded. I had to pay an $85 late fee when I was only late because I was scheduled for the wrong date after checking 3 times with provider IN SESSION and putting it in my calendar IN SESSION. Bowman Blake refused to waive the fee because "given the patient has discontinued care with me I see no reason to waive the fee." This was the second time he had mis-scheduled me like this. The lack of communication is awful as well. I left many voicemails and never received responses back. DO NOT GO TO THIS PROVIDER. They cause FAR more distress then they do any sort of help. UPDATE: They just called me saying Bowman Blake wanted them to reach out and see if I wanted to reschedule a med check with him?? I'm sorry sir I thought we had determined that I was no longer seeking your services so you wouldn't waive the late fee? Petty.

Communication with this office is incredibly frustrating. They do not answer the phone, ever. Every call goes to voicemail, so you have to leave a message and wait for them to call you back. If you work a job where you… can’t just answer your phone at any random time, it’s almost impossible to schedule appointments, ask questions, or pay a bill. Calling them right back doesn’t help because they still won’t answer. They also called me saying they were sending me to collections over a $25 balance they claimed I hadn’t paid. That was the first and only notice I ever received. No email, no letter, no earlier phone call, nothing. When I tried to call back to pay it, I couldn’t get anyone on the phone because, again, everything goes to voicemail. Threatening collections while making it this hard to actually reach someone is unacceptable. There also seems to be constant clinician turnover. Just when you build trust with someone, they leave. Continuity of care feels nonexistent. Between the lack of communication and the revolving door of providers, this place has been very difficult to work with. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone who needs reliable support or consistent care.

Front desk staff was very helpful and easy to work with, and Dr. Skykula was a great resource throughout my visits. I would recommend Comprehensive Psychological Services.

I've been attending "C.P.S." for over 3 years now and have enjoyed it thoroughly.

A busy day at comprehensive psych Via email and text and phone we were able to get three session set up and the staff was ultra focused on ensuring that all mine and my son’s needs were met. We can’t ask much more than… that can we?
