CONCERN – Fleetwood

Our daughter went to 12 visits with Therapist Anastasia Katchan. She convinced our daughter that we are "toxic" and that she should sever ties with us. It has been more than three years since we saw our daughter. This… place literally tore our family apart!!

We have been coming to concern for therapy in this place as well as in Wyomissing, they are very professional and caring; I wish they could have people like them in other states as my daughter goes away to college. I… will be forever grateful that we met you 🙏 God bless your staff.

Don't waste your time with this place. They do not care about you or your children's mental health. They put my daughter on a waitlist for 5 months after their staff threatened me to use their services for her to get… help. I reached out and they took her off the list for no reason other than their lack of communication. They told me it was insurance, all they had to do was call me which they did not do. They email me with some pathetic excuses about staffing and insurance and communication.

The therapists are great! But if you need to see a Doctor run far away. We tried twice. A waste of time and they blame you for there incompetence and lack of accountability.

Dr.V is down right terrible

My adoptive parents took me for a SECOND adoption screening to rehome at age 11 and placement was nearly secured. Concern tears apart families and is NOT child centered like adoption should be. I was so young at the age… dont remember much just look back at records. I was so scared when I went for my first adoption evaluation.

If you are a straight male and want to adopt a hard to place teenager girl, they will tie you up in knots until they find a way to drop you from the system. I am contemplating legal action. Could not happen to a nicer… bunch of people...

Thanks for wasting my time and adding to my further disillusionment of therapy in general.

Very poorly run & unprofessional. My son is one of there clients. I have left several messages for Becky Walter's my son's mobile therapist over the last 3 weeks and never received any response or the common courtesy of… a return call. T

The most incompetent office for health or mental health care I have ever dealt with. Multiple scheduling issues, incorrect information, med issues every month, and an unhelpful office staff that seems to not understand… basic common sense let alone how to problem solve or correct issues they have created. Considering their clients are generally families handling stressful home situations, you would think they would understand how important it is to be a knowledgeable competent support. Save yourself the constant stress you will be dealing with and find better.

Terrible. Just terrible. I cannot believe this place is a behavioral health center. They tell me to call them by a certain date but every time I call they never answer, even though they are open. I missed an appointment… (I just blanked in all honesty) never received a call on why I didn’t show up (like health centers should do)also I did not receive my reminder call like they said they do and each time I tried to call back to make an appointment no one ever answered and no one returned my voicemails even thought the claim they will get back to you in one business day. This place is a joke and the next time I go I am going to ask for a referral to a different place. I can’t deal with their incompetency anymore.
