Took a coworker that is needing some assistance. Have to return on Tuesday to turn application in.

All the comments about the lady on the phone lmao I understand we only calling during very stressful Situations in our lives so we may be a little emotional but she isn’t “rude”. Her tone is that of a person trying to… ease your worries. So instead of “how can I help you?” It’s more of a “we WILL help you, get here now!” Type of tone lol. It threw me off when I called for my mother to but then I realized exactly what she was doing with the way she was talking lol

I have only used this service this was my second time and they were overboard with kindness and helped me so much

CRDC at this location helps people with emergency assistance. If a person qualifies for assistance, they can receive $600 towards moving into an apartment. They do the applications on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Check with… them for the most recent updates as their programs change periodically.

It’s been a month still I applied for assistance and still haven’t heard back… not good if your in trouble

I knew I should've read the reviews first it probably would've saved me the hassle but when your in need of assistance you just don't think about stuff like that. I've been there multiple times throughout the years and… only received help with my utilities. It just seems like they help who they want to help it doesn't matter your situation it matters more of who you is. If you have an emergency i recommend going to some of these local churches because you might just be waisting your time dealing with these people. It's sad that people have to go to places like this for assistance because you just might not get any assistance with them.

I provided all the documents she asked for and still got denied. I see now she choose who she wants to help, but that’s OK. You never know when something in your life may happen and you will be the one who needs help.… Joyce tried to be rude when I called, but I got her right to let her know she got the right one

Rude as it gets, lady had an attitude as soon as we walked through to get help. I wasn't of ethnicity she was and she made it plain I wasn't getting any help.

Everyone is fine except "Joyce" who answers the local office phone. She hasnt improved any of her customer skills in the almost 2 years I've been with them . She has smart remarks to everything and will talk to you like… you're incompetent. Hope she has a better attitude soon!!
