Amazing place ❤️ they really care about helping and it shows, I saw a comment about the front desk lady and yeah I wouldn’t play with her either, just act like the adult we all are and she is the sweetest person. If you… are thinking about a better life then come here ❤️
Awesome place if you need help. better have your act together though, there is a nurse that works there & she doesn't play around!! I give her props for keeping people in line!
Bhg in Jonesboro Arkansas saved not only my life but also my husband Christopher Sanders and my families life. The team and doctor here are the best team ever! They don't treat you like all the other recovery places… this facility is family. God blessed us with these wonderful women here. I thank you all for everything you've done for my family and myself.
The only reason I am giving this clinic two stars is because of the very kind and caring staff. They deserve 5 stars! Despite the policies that they have to administer and follow, they truly do care about the patients… and work very diligently to try and make the process of treatment accessible and welcoming. The corporation however has other ideas and is the epitome of capitalism in this country by requiring frequent visits when not necessary as a way to garner more insurance money. This is not a new tactic and although it is portrayed by the company as a way to provide adequate care for people who are trying to fight addiction, having patients come every single week for over a month and then transitioning to bi-weekly, it is clearly not for the patient. They fail to realize that many people in this situation are often unable to follow their “program” due to the expense of traveling or having to self-pay for treatment. I fortunately am insured but still had to drive 45 miles one way and pay a $10 copay each visit. I have been in MAT for a long time and am a patient on maintenance and the company should have had policies in place to treat each patient on an individual basis to help keep the cost of health care down for everyone. It only cost me $10 a visit which on the surface looks like a good thing but when it is looked at from the insurance company’s point of view it doesn’t look so great. I am sure the amount of money that they are having to pay for the 4 visits the program dictated for me as a “new” patient is quite substantial and was completely unnecessary. This is the kind of thing that keeps our health care system from being affordable and accessible for all humans. I have nothing but respect for the staff here because their hands are really tied as far as the policies go and they only want the best for the patients that come to them for help with their addiction. I will sing the praises of MAT for as long as I live because it saved my life and the program works if you are really wanting free from addiction, but the greed of this corporation in the guise of helping people is nothing short of abuse of the insurance system established in this country and unfortunately, legal. I have found another provider that does not require all these visits to be in the program and will be using their program going forward, but there are some patients who may not have anywhere else to go besides BHG and I feel that the policies about required visits is a larger hindrance for people seeking treatment than they realize. As long as they can continue to bilk the insurance companies out of who knows how much money by billing for all of the unnecessary office visits they require, they will. It is painfully obvious that this company does not really care about the patient, only about how much they can get from the insurance companies. The staff does care and they did advocate for me today to try and keep me on the program there and I am so very grateful that they would care that much and that they do listen to the patient’s pain points when it comes to treatment, but I will be going to another provider because if I am not part of the solution then I am part of the problem. I understand that this clinic is the only option for so many people, but I would encourage anyone who has another option to go elsewhere.
Staff really cares about you and it shows, I really appreciate this place
BHG saved my life, I've been coming here for years. The staff is very kind and friendly, they treat you with dignity & respect. The doctors are great and the group therapy is awesome!! BHG is the BEST place to come to… recover.
The people are awesome but with pauresis which is in the American disability act if you can't pee in public like me. It's hard to find help. They require urine. I understand but there are alot of people like me who need… assistance but can't ask for this reason. I've put myself out there. That's the first step. Edit: saved my meds and took a quarter what was prescribed. Just now ran out and suffering but pauresis Edit: now my medical records have been hacked according to a letter I received
Extremely nice people who are doing good things for individuals who are in addiction. There is one thing you need to know if u miss a appt or a counseling phone call your appointment will be put off for at least 5 days… to a week. Other than that there’s nothing wrong with anything. If a new person who just started misses their appointment they will probably use again. As long as you can be on time and remember to answer the phone you will love it. It’s hard to place rules on recovery and be successful but they are so I would recommend them to anyone just putting it all out there
Only first visit but WOW the most caring and loving staff from start to finish. I feel very hopeful and that feels amazing. Great to feel no judgement or shame. I am making an update and sooo happy to say they haven't… disappointed. Everyone has treated me with the utmost respect. Always friendly and greet you with a smile. Everyone Dr., Counselor, office group absolutely everyone is fabulous. I believe these people truly care and want you to succeed.

Thank you Stockton Medical Group you have a very wonderful staff that really care about the clients and I can definitely say that this program has saved my life!!! I don't know what I would have done if I didn't find… this program. I would still be using and destroying myself and others around me or even worse I would be dead!!! Thank you again and please keep up the good work helping others get off of opioids!!!
Do they offer any type of discounts or coupons for peple without insurance
