Arcare – Jonesboro

APRN sees my mom, so I needed her signature on FMLA paperwork. Called and they told me to come in. I went in and they put me in a room. I told them multiple times I only needed the signature. They said this is standard.… They check my vitals and the APRN comes in and files out paperwork for me. I leave with no problems. Later, I get a bill in for 200 dollars...for the FMLA signature...

I am currently at the ArCare mid-town here in Jonesboro. I normally go to the ArCare in Wynne. My father is across the street at St Bernard's so I had to come here. I must say Sara Beth was really friendly. She came in… examined me and made a conclusion. The Pct was not so friendly. As a Marine I have a few choice of words for her. I told her repeatedly what the problem was and she couldn't or didn't want to listen. I am not a number and I hated to be treated as one when I come to a doctor's office. I will just stay with what I know. The Wynne ArCare gives that country felling of hospitality!! The lady that took my temp and blood pressure you are the reason for the rating of three. I hope you can learn some people skills!!

Since my previous doctor retired, I haven’t found the same level of care at Arcare. Visits meant to help my anxiety and chronic pain—like unnecessary blood draws—only make things harder. I truly miss Dr. Hunt’s guidance.

Very rude. Makes you feel like you don’t even want to be there. Doctor was even not friendly. Had only once a nurse practitioner to be nice. Looking for another Doctor!

Don’t take your children to see Dr. Jones. She is extremely unprofessional. Had I known more about her medical professional background, I would have never taken my daughter to see her. We normally go to the Fox Meadow… location, but they were booked.

APRN Gothard was very rude and condescending will never go back as long as there isn't a Doctor on location.

The way they handle their patients is weird ! They dont ever pick up the phone ! I fractured my wrist and the guy did an xray and just tossed my hand all around with no care in the world ! They didnt follow up with my… appointment , they basically just sent me out the door ! Ill never go back to this place !

There’s a few decent doctors in the building, but they will try and put you with Gotherd , his books are always wide open, he is a very rude , uneducated, bigot . Skip him at all cost , I travel for work , worse… experience I’ve had in the United States hands down.

Love the Midtown office. My DR. MRS. Beth is very great and the staff are very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this office. Thanks ARCare!😊

Very nice and friendly. Music isn't loud. Appointment are typically ontime. Docs don't rush you.

I have been to several ar care clinics and this one is by far the best I’ve been in. Very friendly, Helpful, and understanding with my adult special needs son!! We have had very good experiences with this office. Not… very fond of the changing of drs so often with Ar care services but this clinic is ran very well and I appreciate all they have done for us.

I’ve been going to ARcare for way longer than I should have. From the receptionist at the front to the nurses to the doctors they have a lack of care when it comes to empathy to giving you resources you need or… listening to what you have to say. It’s almost like they’re on a short timer to get you in and out and what you need doesn’t actually matter. Two visits ago there was a line of me and another woman in the receptionist told us both we didn’t have appointments and we to rush to see us because their system was messed up and was saying that nobody had appointments that day yet the receptionist try to act like it was our fault. The last visit where they did recognize I actually had an appointment. The nurse did not want to hear what helps me or didn’t and had an attitude about it when I try to inform her. And then the doctor I wanted to talk to him about what was working for me and what wasn’t and instead he didn’t want to actually help in referred me to a different doctor and I know that there was something he could’ve done that a different doctor did last time. But he didn’t want to explore any options or see what could’ve helped me in that moment. Not only that but they will refer you to doctors that don’t support your insurance and they make empty promises that they do it all waste your time on healing. I do not recommend this place at all. In fact, I encourage you to go somewhere else, because I would hate to see somebody be haltered on their healing due to a lack of care and respect for peoples time, money, and situations like I was.
