I have been working with the Cumberland Heights team since 2018 in helping folks seek treatment. I have found the staff to be compassionate, skilled and available. I have also visited campus and was impressed with the… serene atmosphere and natural beauty. The outcome for clients has been exceptional and they have had continued to feel supported by CH.
Amazing program!
Inept, dishonest, and disrespectful staff. I went here for IOP and they billed the wrong insurance, then harassed me for payment. When I explained the problem I was told with much colorful language that they couldn't be… bothered to submit it to insurance, I'd just have to pay it out of pocket.
