Would definitely NOT recommend LIZETTE LAGUNAS! During a recent phone consultation regarding medication side effects for a minor, her demeanor was unprofessionally hostile, confrontational, and dismissive. Before… addressing the clinical issue, she berated me for reaching out, complaining that it was her scheduled day off and declaring that patients should not expect same-day responses from her. She also falsely accused me of contacting the clinic repeatedly, disregarding the fact that her own administrative coordinator had initiated the internal messages requesting she contact us. Rather than managing her clinic’s internal miscommunication, she directed her frustration toward me, speaking down to me in an inappropriately condescending manner. This provider lacks the fundamental customer service and patient-relation skills required in a healthcare setting. Medical care, especially pediatric psychiatry, requires effective communication, active listening, and basic respect for patients and their legal guardians. Instead, she consistently appears irritated during appointments, delivers contradictory medical advice, and treats patient inquiries as a burden. Taking out administrative frustration on families seeking guidance for a minor is completely unacceptable! I’ve never had any issues attending this location until we had to meet with her!
What’s the point of having a phone number if your phone receptionist never answer
I really like how the doctor I see treats me; she's very kind and respectful. What's bad is the assistants who don't answer when you call for test results. I've noticed that the assistants chat a lot and aren't in a… hurry with their work, which is why they don't answer the phone.
What is the point of scheduling an appointment and you are on time but have to wait 2 hours, should’ve scheduled me 2 hrs later … I don’t get it , make it make sense. 👎🏽
They should fix they website hours they said they open it 7:00 but they are open till 7:30
Great service, everyone was very attentive and friendly from reception onwards, they make you feel confident, excellent work.
It's a very nice clinic. Clean, everyone is very friendly, but what should be the most important thing is the lack of experienced doctors, professionals who demonstrate a genuine interest in the well-being of their… patients... I haven't seen that in my visits. They don't offer any diagnosis other than the standard one, they do tests and give no results, nothing, they just listen to our ailments but don't lift a finger to help us. Drs. Laura Gonzalez and Elsa Garcia were the doctors who treated us.
Been going here since 2015 Dr zollar is the 👌 best me in 3 boys
Sometimes they take ages to see you. My son had an appointment at 1:00, and we arrived at 12:10 because I thought the earlier we got there, the faster we'd be seen, but that wasn't the case. They saw us around 1:10,… which I understand because, as I mentioned, the appointment was at 1:00, and the assistant said, "Oh, there are like 3 or 4 patients ahead of you." OMG. It was 2:13, and we were still waiting in the room, wanting to run out. The same thing happened to my mom and to me at some of my checkups.
EVA BRAVO GARCIA has made this pregnancy a nightmare. Do yourself a favor and find a different provider. She will make irreparable mistakes every. Single. Visit. With no solution and no responsibility taken. She doesn't… care about patients nor their unborn babies at all. THE LAZIEST front desk I've ever encountered. You yourself need to call and squeeze yourself into a schedule when cancellations happen, as if you have access to their scheduling software. BE PREPARED TO WAIT ALL DAY. APPOINTMENT TIMES DONT MATTER HERE. YOU WILL WAIT 1HOUR+ PAST YOUR APPOINTMENT TIME AND STILL WAIT MORE IN ROOM. Their time management is horrendous. Nobody knows what the proper amount of time for a visit is and will spend 2 HOURS WITH one or then 2 minutes with the next.
They take ages, and even if you don't show up, they still charge for the appointment. Why don't they pay you for wasting almost 3 hours seeing my daughter's doctor, and it's always the same story: she's running late. 🤷
I Always Love Coming Here , I Just Really Wish You Guys Can Make One In The Northside As Well With The Pharmacy . It Be Hard Coming Over Here To Have Me & My Kids Being Seen But I Just Love It Here Always So Good With… My Appointments And Communication . Just Please If You Can Make One In Northside. Thank You!!
Fast and respectful!!!
Excellent service from all the staff.
To contact anyone in the clinic is impossible, nurses call you leave voice mails to return phone calls. However, you try calling back and simply can contact no one. Ridiculous!!
Excellent service
Writing this review on behalf of my father: 3 months have been calling to make an appointment and trying to have them send a referral out to my orthopedic and always left on hold ALWAYS, twice left on hold for 2hrs on… the phone until yesterday I decided not to continue this anymore and search else where. Really liked my doctor Ines Daniel but the receptionist are horrible and inattentive, you have to be lucky to get one that is actually willing to help and do their job Save your time and go to another clinic.
Very kind
I had a gyne annual exam on May 2025 but I did not get a pelvic exam nor breast exam??? I work in OB/GYN, for annuals we do both. My last annual was also at EHC in March 2024 where I did get an actual annual. Why would… this simple step not be done? I messaged the staff but I never got a response back. I will have a 2nd annual later this month due to an insurance change where I will get everything done since we do things right at my OB/GYN clinic.
This place has saved my life more than once. They are awesome!
