From the very first session, I felt listened to and supported without… judgment. They provide a safe, welcoming environment and have given me tools that are making a real difference in my life. I’m so grateful to have found this place and would recommend it to anyone looking for caring and effective counseling in Tupelo.

The best IOP you can go to in Tupelo, Ms . They care about you and if it’s anything they can do, they will. We need more people like them in this world that we live in. If I could give them 10 stars, I would. Be… straight forward, don’t hide anything. You are in good hands when you attend this place.

My first in person meeting with Mr. Kelly was great. but for the past 7 months nether me nor my safety advisor has been able to get their office to return our call or respond to our email. This matter is really holding… me up from completing the program. It is very unprofessional and annoying.

I have been in therapy with Kelly Ferguson for a year and a half, and I can recommend him without reservation. As with most therapy, you get out what you put in, but Kelly always facilitates wonderful sessions. He is… flexible with his scheduling and even offers tele-health appointments. His office staff is friendly, and the location is convenient and offers privacy.

If I could give zero stars I would. Dr. (and I use the term loosely) Kelly Ferguson was so unprofessional and very inconsiderate. We called to make an appointment and found ourselves “lucky” he had an opening. We got to… the office and realized Dr. Ferguson overbooked himself, which we did not mind. We waited until 6:00 to be seen after originally being told our appt was at 5:00. My husband went in hopeful but came out highly disappointed and feeling degraded. Mr. Ferguson was falling asleep off and on during the appointment. When he was awake he was not focused and was continuously in/on his phone, he answered phone calls on 3 different occasions. 40 minutes into the appointment Mr. Kelly Ferguson sent him on his way. When my husband began to talk to Mr. Ferguson he made him feel lesser than for his problems that he was seeking help for. My husband was having to initiate all conversation. He felt judged, mocked, and overall uncomfortable. This experience almost ruined my husband on therapy! Dr. Ferguson should be ashamed that he took our money(which 135.00 due to being self pay) after giving such poor service. This is also the summed up version of how he was treated without going into details of his problems. I would never recommend him to anyone.

I've worked with these guys, referred clients to them, and had a family member treated by them. Kelly & Chip are top notch professionals who understand addiction and mental health issues as well as anyone I know. They… educate and treat the illnesses the way in which they should be treated.

Worked with Chip for several week with my spouse. He taught us communication skills, coping mechanisms, and dissected our personalities so we could better understand each other. We discussed the things we like about one… another and the things we would like to see change. It allowed for a safe place to discuss and exclude ourselves from our busy schedules. He did a great job at being a non-bias third party and really facilitated the conversations. I would strongly recommend him to anyone that is seeking help in their relationship,life, or any other aspects you feel you need help with.

My son had an appointment to see a counselor at this facility. After driving for an hour and waiting for 40 minutes after his appointment time, he left more discouraged than ever. No receptionist, no one ever even… acknowledged he was there. Very unprofessional. No way to treat people in need of help. Our high hopes for help were shattered. Update: The counseling center rescheduled my son's appointment. He had a really good visit and the personal response from the owner was very much appreciated.

Fair Park counseling is a great place to seek help for mental health services in the Tupelo area. The counselors and therapists their have years of experience in helping individuals with addiction issues, family and… marriage counseling, youth services, MDOT, Federal probation. The breadth of what they offer is remarkable. Kelley Ferguson and Chip Peterson are committed, compassionate. and highly skilled clinicians. I would and have recommended their services to anyone seeking assistance with mental health issues.
