This place make me feel really comfortable and and Ms. Nichelle and others really care.
This place made me feel like there was hope after a recent eviction. Nancy really cares about her clients and Is meticulous when necessary with paperwork and filings are done correctly and on time. I can’t say enough… good things.
I have been a client of FAP for many years now. I was diagnosed in 1998 so I have had my fair share of case managers. With out a doubt Tammy Knight has been the best. She is down to earth if she says she is gonna do… something she does it. She keeps it professional but still makes you feel like your talking to a friend. Thank you FAP and definitely thank you Tammy😊
I have had nothing but wonderful experiences here also with all the staff members they treat everyone with respect kindness and compassion.
Curious and resourceful
The staff there needs to get ther act together i am a client for over 19 yrs and this new staff im sorry i would never employee them at all they know nothing for what there dealing compaired to the staff for when i… first started with F.A.P. this staff does not know there butts from a hole in the the ground ! i suggest someone new go to either TruEvollution in Riverside or D.A.P in Palm Springs you will get better service thru them , I know all the agencies here and now a new oe St Johns San Bernardino.
I’m a client at FAP and out of all the case workers there I find Tammy Knight to be the most caring person there. She is very pleasant when seeing to my needs and very knowledgeable about services there. I have seen… workers come and go. I hope she never leaves this location. I would truly miss her!
Nichelle is super helpful, and nice. Loves to help and very resourceful!
Have the best support from Desiree Gatica, she understands exactly what I need ❤️, took the time to explain and provide every single service was available for me, her friendly disposition make me feel better, knowing… that still people and organizations like this, is a bright future for these we need it .
Very kind professionals...and the conditions of assistance are very good thanks to my worker Nechelli for her great work in my case Eco Program....I recommend it to anyone looking for community help.
Nichelle is more than a blessing—she is a light. Everyone at FAP carries that same spirit of compassion and strength. At a time when my world felt like it was burning to ashes, they reminded me that ashes aren’t the… end, but the beginning—that the phoenix only rises after the fire. Their support gave me hope, courage, and the reminder that healing is a process, and I am not alone in it.
Liz helped me out and made me feel comfortable. 1st time going and wonderful experience. Thank you 🙏
The people here are wonderful you're very helpful yeah help me in my 7 year old son they continue to help us even though we're in a different state I recommend if you need help with your situation for you to contact… them and they'll be more than happy to help you the place is wonderful the people are wonderful the service is wonderful I have nothing but wonderful wonderful news for the about them
Great resources for everyone.
"Nancy Reyes was a truly outstanding presence in our project in Claremont. Her departure has left a void that is deeply felt by all of us. Nancy's dedication, empathy, and understanding were truly inspiring. She had a… unique way of connecting with each of us on a personal level, making us feel seen and supported. It is clear that she has walked in our shoes, and her insights have been invaluable. My heartfelt wish is that she finds her son and that they are joyfully reunited. Nancy, if you're reading this, know that your impact on us will never be forgotten. You are a beacon of hope and a true asset to our community."
Good place
With the new staff there has been a vast improvement in services and what the clients need.
They are very kind n they are there for all my needs
I've been here for almost 4 years and the place is great The cool stuff is very welcome in white and very useful
Great people and they help a lot . Nancy Reyes is the best ,so sweet and helpful and always with a greaaaaaat smile .
I appreciate everything they do. It's hard to get a hold of someone over the phone but when in person there amazing.
Totally dissolutioned! Don't waste your time.
Do not come here for hiv services. They set me up with a bogus health company and then ignored me and never followed up. I wasted 2 weeks and ended up not having any meds. Go to AHF if you need help in this area.
Excellent place for people diagnosed with HIV, very good service and very professional, thanks Roland.
Great place for people diagnosed with HIV and great resources and the staff is amazing and supportive and friendly.
I'm very upset with "Leslie Evans" can't do anything aside from frabticating. Three years with FAP, and still no encouragement or compassion spoken here. No meds, no outreach. I'm as good as dead in San Bernardino!
