Be aware I don’t know if he still works at this office or not but I remember my sister telling me how she went up there and tried to apply for tanf and one of the case workers men got up and pretended like he was… leaving to go get documents but he went behind her and started massaging her shoulders and she yelled don’t touch me and she said she got up and walked out as she was leaving he was tried to humiliate her by screaming you want your tanf don’t you and kept yelling it she was so disgusted and embarrassed watch the people y’all hire

Very unprofessional and rude, untrained staff call cops on American citizens recoding in public! We have constitutional rights!

I remember calling here to get help for my sister and the lady on the phone asked me was it a life and death situation and I told her yes she said to me lady everybody says that I told her I'm not everybody my sister… had stage 4 cancer and she said I would have to wait like everybody else to that lady I pray a situation never happens to you like mine because you completely signed me off and my sister died a month later you were unprofessional and very nasty to me what ever holds the devil has on you I wish he take you out of the profession of helping people because all of you in that office is horrible and more people will die just like my sister did

I’ve been a caregiver for my mother for the past 3 years and they automatically renew her plan suddenly they stopped it and I’m calling them over and over but I’m only speaking to automated machine COME ON!!! COVID IS… OVER

It's a fine place

These people never ever answer the phone. When they do they have the nerve to have an attitude. This is with every office. Just terrible

This is a good place and the people are respectful and helpful.
