I've seen Mona Robinson for my therapy for three years. She's walked me through the death of my mother who I took care of for 12 years. She walked me through beginning a new romantic relationship. She also has helped me… to get to place where I love myself with all my faults and successes of my disabled life. Impulse control, grounding, boundaries, relationship skills, grief and loss, mindfulness are all things that we've worked on! Cognitive Processing Therapy for PTSD is working wonders! It's new to me..... Mona and I clique! She's personable and professional! She's real and can embrace my trauma and helps me walk through my triggers. If I could do it over again.....my only change is I would have seen Mona sooner! And I love myself today and have chosen to exercise and lost 120 lbs since my relationship started with Mona. Thank you for helping me build a life after my isolation and existence in the fat prison I had built.
