Kaiser Permanente Cascade Park – Vancouver Detox and Rehab Services
The register shows Kaiser Permanente Cascade Park – Vancouver providing intensive outpatient and outpatient care. Sessions follow a set timetable while people keep living at home. Very pleased with my Dr. Saw two nurses - the first was great but the second didn't seem to have time or interest in listening to what I was trying to e
The nurse are amazing they go above and beyond. And Clifford at the front desk is the man he is amazing has the best customer service and has an amazing attitude
Sally Waddle listened to my concerns very thoughtfully, did the appropriate research to answer my questions , and provided me the appropriate guidance for follow-up related to my care. She always does a wonderful job… taking care of me
The doctor was very patient with Janet and myself and her brother. She explained all so we could understand
I have never had an experience that was not great. They are on the spot to pass on each patient and expedite those that are needing immediate care in a timely manner.
she was attentive, spent time with me to explain my medical conditions
It was a phone appointment. I’d rather see a doctor in person😢
My Doc moved .It was easy to find
Always helpful and caring!!!
Dr Tsai & Michelle are so good at helping me to feel comfortable at a medical visit. I trust them both very much.
Always great experience.
The care I received was great. The staff was comforting and kind.
This was a meet and greet of my new primary care doctor, Dr Corbett. I like him a lot and he addressed an issue I was having with a rib injury. I'm glad I chose him after moving back to Vancouver.
As always, every employee I encountered was more than pleasant. From checking in at kiosk to medical assistant to prompt arrival of doctor all helped, listened, and worked to find a solution to my issue.
Dr. Woodruff is awesome. I always feel heard and cared about
I have no words to thank the medical team who treated me. I am so grateful for their care and concern for my health, from the moment I arrive at the pharmacy. They are all like a big family. Thank you 🙏
Every visit with my primary care team is top to bottom terrific I feel there is a positive outcome with a plan that makes sense Always a step forward thanks to Dr Woodruff's listening skills Much appreciated
The staff is top-notch, caring, wonderful, gentle humans. If there is an issue it’s based upon tear management style of leadership. It was obviously disconnected with reality or any assemblance of medical care. This is… obviously designed to be managed care instead of medical care for profit, only. trying to hit those blue star goals obviously you failed that and there’s a reason for that and I can go into it in length , but I’m not gonna do it over an email and I’m not gonna involve myself in Kaiser‘s politics and self-destruction obviously because you think the profits become before people which is a dangerous president to. When you think that security is a way to go instead of a kind, gentler coworker representative from Kaiser could eliminate most of the hard feelings, but you still have to spend money and hire the appropriate amount of people and stop pushing people into a matrix based in stupidity of your managers, who obviously are only concerned with the profits and looking good so they can get a bonus unfortunately, this is the way the world works today
Dr Naqvi listens to me and respects my level of knowledge and understanding. Best Dr I've had in years.
