Several accounts that describe the same thing tell you more than a single strong opinion.
They help a lot and they will help you with pretty much everything
We came here several times and it felt like a waste of time. We were there for my daughter and from the first session which was getting all her information in the system to getting her on a treatment plan was a waste of… time. Every time we went we were out the building within 20 mins. My daughter was never helped, our last appointment is what did it for me, my daughter was there for therapy and was pretty upset and the counselor didn't try to help, instead she said we could leave and come back another day. Isn't that what a counselor is for? To help the child, not push them away. I followed up with a voicemail requesting to schedule with a different counselor and no one called me back. I do not recommend this place, we only came here because her school counselor put in a referral.
If you are seeking help for mental health, go here. You will be treated with respect, given care, and encouragement. As a sexual abuse survivor I am excited for my journey with this center.
Went there this morning and they were so kinda and helpful. Immediately let me in and was very kind (i havent done this or gone to a place like this so i was freaking out) so very nice and comforting. The lights were… low, the tv played calming music, they got me a blanket and constantly asked if I needed water or any food. They were very kind and they sent messages out to people to correct some issues i have been experiencing.
Friendliest staff, clean and well stocked facilities. They truly are a blessing to take care of so many individuals who have various situations, offering a warm place to stay and meals, healthy avenues of expression and… activities also while you recover.
the admin and staff could not be nicer, they’ve helped me through so much i have no idea why the ratings why the ratings are so bad 😭😓
They’re amazing, helpful and super kind. I don’t understand why they have bad reviews 😳
My husband went there for help and they sent him home saying they had no beds but only had 8 people there he told them he had a mental breakdown and needed some help all they did was bringing him home and give him a… list of resources that was a waste of they were no help they didn't care don't waste your time going there for help
What's going on today? Are they open or not. Website says open. But Noone answering phones. Bad customer service. Couldn't they at least leave a message saying they are closed on veterans day. Very frustrating
Worst experience I've ever had if you are having a crisis go somewhere else at least you get a bed and not a uncomfortable recliner for a bed at oakwood springs
