Rude ass personnel. Try to get help and and get in the right path and this lady wants to hang up on me? I did nothing wrong but ask questions!! I definitely don't recommend this place!
Some of the staff are extremely unreasonable and rude, but the counselors, and manager are amazing. The program helped me tremendously and my life is better than ever.
I just want to say that I came to this facility from out of town, because my state's wait lists were crazy! I successfully completed 60 days, and to this day I am 4 1/2 years sober. I credit New Leaf and the councilors… that motivated me to build a better life. Each person's recovery is different, but it works if you work it!!
My step daughter went missing from their outpatient program on Tuesday! There is an active missing endangered person report for my stepdaughter and this was the conversation between myself and Taffi today, “no longer… her drug counselor”! Extremely unprofessional and uneducated! This program is a joke! The program needs to be audited by Medicaid!
Covid policy sucks!! Staff can come in Positive yet when the staff gets the patient sick the patient has to leave the facility. They are gambling with other people's lives. How about, short staffed or not, send the sick… staff member home to stay for a week and actually care for your patient's.
