The staff isn't there to actually help people do better, the receptionist are very rude and short tempered. For the job they have, they should be more considerate of other people situations, and not hang up on clients… that are trying to get their lives back together.

I would assign a low rating in this case. I have been observing how the reception team interacts with clients as they arrive. It appears that staff are short-tempered, and I have witnessed instances where some staff… members quickly take clipboards from clients’ hands. Additionally, clients have been placed on hold for nearly 20 minutes without any apparent assistance. At one point, a receptionist informed a caller that there a lobby full of people, yet I am the only one here. I hope the counselors are more effective at assisting individuals in need.

No comment in fear of retaliation. They petty like that here.

Keep track of all attendance and receipts they will try and screw you out of money and time. I cannot believe they actually require people to go here for court. I’ve never seen a court ordered “program” as this… dysfunctional and backwards but the front end people are very nice!

I look forward to going to class every Thursday and if you shut your mouth and listen there is a lot to learn. Fred is a BOSS! Got me a cake for my birthday, no one else did.

Took an anger management assessment in December, was told I would get my results back in 30 days Called once a month just to be told "we'll send off and inquiry email" Finally got my results back 6 months later after my… personal therapist reached out for my m medical records

I would recommend another location. They don’t care or try to help. Know one knows a thing.

This company is an absolute joke and only cares about money. I went in to take a voluntary assessment. It took them over 30 days to let me know that I needed therapy. Clearly, the young lady giving assessments has no… clue what she is doing. They could not give me a reason or validate any of their claims. All they could tell me after 33 days was that I needed to come in and pay to take their classes.. I really think the states needs to investigate places like this, I can assure you this place is nothing but a scheme to get money and the people there are not qualified to be doing what they’re doing… no wonder they have such low ratings

Did an Anger Evaluation. Was able to set an appointment within the next 3 days and only took an hour.

They only care about money they made me take an assessment for 100$ saying I needed it done and it’s the only thing I need done then I come back to turn it in and they say that won’t work and I now have to take a 200$… assessment that didn’t exist before and I didn’t need before

Forced into services that weren’t needed. They are not well with communication and submitting documentation for the services or the results.

Horrible experience. Front desk are rude and there is not respect for your time. Worse experience ever. There are many other better options available.

When I went in there the, lady at the front desk was putting on her fake eyelash and told me one second while she continued to work on her fake eyelash

Do not ever go to this DUI school!!! They are awful. There are plenty of great DUI schools in Tulsa. I wised up and went to another one and had a great experience!!

Patrick absolutely should not be a facilitater. Even though your ontime respectful, courteous that doesn't matter. I was dismissed from a class for being in a vehicle to block the gates at my car dealership (not driving… simply pulling a vehicle forward 10' feet to block the gates). I was dismissed.. All the while other people are Cleary driving during the class like visibly no questions asked driving, but thats no problem... Dude needs to get off his high horse and listen to his own advice. Ridiculous. Everyone else there at hsr is beyond nice tho! & lisette is a sweetheart!

HSR has been the the backbone of my sobriety. Very experienced, helpful and caring staff. This place has changed my life.

wish I could put 0 stars. Was told I would be called with my released information never got a call. Was told I could sign a release of information to be emailed 5 times I was told this was applicable. After finally… hunting down the services I PAID MONEY FOR I was told word for word lady: "yeah its here......" me: "..........." lady: "........" me: "so will you guys email it to me?" lady: "we don't do emails" me: "oh I was told that it was do able" lady: "nope" Nope??? Not once was I told any information about anything they want you to pay for the service and then just figure the rest out yourself. Very rude very unhelpful and that lady is lucky I didn't give her a good word for word because she was VERY rude.

This place is very unprofessional and I would not recommend anyone go to them for any kind of service!!

Was told I would receive notice for treatment within 7-10 days and it’s already been more than 2 weeks. Still no word. They put you on hold while on the phone because they’re “checking your file” don’t even look. They… Give you a lousy excuse to why it’s taking so long for treatment. Wasn’t even told the correct time for my appointment so I was made to wait longer. The. The counselor is running 30 minutes late. Just unprofessional in my experience there. It’s clear they drag their feet and then blame something else for their lack of professionalism. Complete joke

This place is awful! Un empathetic and treats you as if your a horrible person. Defiently not the way to treat addicts if your expecting to be helping them get better. I guess its job security right?

Since they got a new front person this place is great. One bad apple can ruin it for everyone. HSR had helped me so much.

I absolutely adore Brownies Burgers and fries! Absolutely delicious at a fantastic price. Although, they're usually busy, staff is quick, kind, helpful and fast. Can't wait to go back soon!

I have to go here to see my doctor. It takes forever to get in my appointment will be at 2:30 and I'm lucky to be out of there by 4. There is a lady who works in the front office in the probation area who is super… awesome. I love talking with her!
