About Infinity Health – Centerville

Infinity Health operates from 221 East State Street in Centerville. The site sits in Appanoose County, which shapes which public funding routes apply. Nearby communities include Albia, Bloomfield and Corydon. Iowa draws people across long distances for treatment, so travel time is worth weighing against waiting time.

Outpatient care is delivered here, alongside medication-assisted treatment and telehealth appointments. Which level fits depends on the assessment rather than on what is available, so the useful first question is what that assessment involves. Ask what the assessment involves before you commit.

Treatment Services at Infinity Health

Outpatient care runs to a set weekly schedule, with evenings and weekends spent at home. That suits people holding down work or caring responsibilities, though it asks more of someone managing early recovery alone. Ask what the assessment involves before you commit.

Buprenorphine and naltrexone are available and paired with counseling rather than prescribed alone. Ask what happens at the end of the program as well as the beginning, since that is where plans usually thin out. Ask what the assessment involves before you commit.

It's really sad that the only option for my childs mental health in this area is SO unreliable. Therapy doesn't work if you can only get in to a therapist once every 2 or 3 months. Frustrated doesn't begin to touch how… I feel.

Infinity Health is refusing to renew meds essential to my treatment for depression. The prescription will run out before two weeks. (A policy I was NOT informed of.) Without these meds depression relapse is possible.… This inexcusable.
