Kristy has been amazing in mine and my spouses healing journey to grow together as a couple. She listens and offers valuable advice that continues to help us in our day to day. Leticia was so helpful with scheduling us… in and making sure all our questions were answered. The ability to do virtual sessions has been a plus. I would recommend this place to anyone seeking individual or marriage counseling!

The therapists are all so smart and kind. Incredible to work with and would recommend anyone to see any of them. Truly caring people.

Do not recommend. Went there for the first time and had all my paperwork filled out a week prior. The therapist I was first put with should have retired in the early 2000’s. She never looked at my paperwork so she had… no clue why I was there and then got pissy with me when I asked her about it. She then continued to say that I said certain things when I definitely did not say it and then tried to tell me what I was feeling when I definitely wasn’t. Walked out in the first 10 minutes. Horrible experience Second therapist, once I told her why I was there and what I needed she ended up asking over and over agin why I would even need therapy and said that therapy would not work. She didn’t even want to try. Walked out in 26 minutes So if you do choose to go here good luck

My daughter sees Katlyn at the Ashman location and absolutely loves her. Her calm and friendly demeanor has made it incredibly easy for her to open up and be honest with herself. Katlyn challenges her with age… appropriate skills and gives her confidence to speak her mind.

Kaylee is very great at what she does. She goes out of her way to make sure you get what you need. 5 stars from me. Great place.

Alyssa Fayfer is the best therapist I have encountered in my lifetime. The entire staff who work in the Ashman Ave office are a very special group of people. If you are neurodivergent and need a therapist I highly… suggest Inspire. Thank you to Alyssa, Let, and Korene you guys are the best.

If you are considering counseling, look no further. This is the place. In 4 weeks of working with Melissa, my personal growth has flourished, my outlook on life has turned a corner, my anxiety and stress has diminished… more than I ever thought possible. She met me where I was at, uncovered the weaknesses and negative thought patterns in me, and has helped me see, understand, and grow as a husband, father, and person. Simply the best. If you are worried about counseling and or are new to it, don't be, they will put you with the right person and you will do nothing but move forward.

I would highly recommend Inspire Counseling and Wellness. This is my first experience with individual counseling and I was hesitant to reach out for help. From the moment I picked up the phone I felt taken care of.… Korene was kind and punctual in setting up my first several visits. Additionally, she helped me work through some insurance issues when they arose. Michael Verona has been awesome in providing me the care I needed, and going above and beyond to help me succeed. I have appreciated the helpful resources he provides, and the level of concern he has for my healing. If it was not for Inspire Counseling and Wellness I may not have gotten the answers I needed so quickly.

After about a dozen counselors, I feel like I was able to receive the help I needed.

I couldn’t of asked for a better team of people to work with. The staff is tentative to all my needs. They have helped me cope with issues I didn’t think was possible to deal with. I would recommend anyone who struggles… with any kind metal issue, addiction, PSDS or a loss or losing a love one. I look forward to my visits and have been going to counseling here for almost a year now.
