The visit was great, the doctor was really helpful and understanding plus had allot of questions and answers, can’t wait till my next visit..

We had our first session with Robin about an hour ago. I am very pleased with how things went. She didn't coddle us but she wasnt harsh either. She got straight to the point when she had something to say and let us tell… our story when it was our time to talk. She also hit on points that we didn't see ourselves and it made us think. In time, I think we will be seeing clearly where the problems are and a solid plan on how to deal with them will be in place. I am very pleased with my first impression of her. Thank you, Robin. I appreciate you and the time you spent with us.

I was made to feel welcomed and comfortable. The therapist was easy to talk to. She really listened to what I was saying and reflected it back to me. We identified an area to work on.

Liked determining goals by asking relevant questions.

I have seen two different providers. The first spoke more about his life than I was able to share about mine. He projected his problems upon me and failed to support/ help me with any kind of healing. The second ALWAYS… brought me back late and ALWAYS ended my session early. I never saw him for an hour. He often times disregarded me and abruptly changed the subject. He canceled appointments and after scheduling a recurring time the week before, it just disappeared. The next week it had been removed from his calendar and I was left without support for a month as a result. Neither one of my providers assisted me with healing nor offered me any support. A patient should guide their sessions by choosing what to discuss, what they need help with. I have experienced nothing but unprofessionalism from both providers I have seen at List. Laying everything out once is hard enough, after opening everything up from the very beginning two times, I will not be seeing another provider here. I would put 0 stars if I could. This has been a frustrating and unacceptable.

The therapist I had for couples therapy sided with my partner and focus on my faults instead of it being a session of how to fix the relationship. It was all one-sided did not give any info on how to resolve conflicts… and encouraged my partners behavior of total blockage outside of therapy. Making my partner think that it's okay to work on a partnership for one hour a week and the rest isolate the relationship like there is no relationship. That I feel is poor therapy that for repairing a relationship. It more or less sets it up for failure. I do no not recommend this place for couples to go for counseling. I felt it was very un professional when a therapist is supposed to be neutral. Made it into a personal attack when the session is supposed to be about couples not individuals

I really like my counselor. She is very knowledgeable. I look forward to my visits. I like that she gives me ideas and papers to look at to help me get through the stuff that I need to.
