Journies – Grand Rapids

Unfortunately I was in a group ran by Shirley. First off she was often late, she was very dismissive and talked down to us as if we were children. It is really sad that we paid for this class and she continued to show… lack of respect for our time.

I have used their services over the course of the last year and my biggest piece of advice to anyone going to see their kids is check your attitude at the door. These people wanna help facilitate a peaceful environment… and they’re really good at it because they don’t tolerate shitty attitudes. Trust me, I had one and it only hurt me and my kids. Once I left my grudges at home, I found that these are some of the sweetest and most genuine people in our community. Sandy is amazing and both of the staff I had supervise my visits made my babies feel so much more comfortable. This place is legit but you gotta do the right thing too. Thx again, Sandy 💚✌🏻

Super nice staff. They are very open to listen to you about what you’ve been through and they actually understand cuz some have been through it themselves. Love them. IOP is good and has lots of information

This place is BY FAR the WORST!!! They consistently change their Facebook color scheme throughout the day so you must be checking constantly or you'll miss a drop! Also the staff is very rude and they seem very unaware… of anything going on. VERY SUSPICIOUS... place should be looked into heavily. I suggest if you get stuck with this place, ask your probation officer to switch immediately.

Very down to earth people and they make it enjoyable

Jaime the owner is a funny guy, very enjoyable experience from all their staff.
