Started seeing tammie in march, she told me she was unavailable for April but would see me in may. Half way through may haven’t heard anything. Tried to schedule an appointment and was told 3 times I would get a call… back but never received a call any time. Now they’re telling me I can’t see her until July and they have nobody else for me to see. This is why people kill themselves instead of getting help. These people do not take mental health seriously, and if anything, made my mental health way worse from the stress of trying to get help.

The doctor is amazing. The staff are good. The nurse never answers the phone and hardly ever calls back until the 3rd message. I've contacted the directors and they are aware. If doctor b and the staff can do so much I… just really dont understand how this nurse cant. It's very frustrating. One again, do tor b is amazing. Love her.

My original review was 5 stars when Amanda was still a councilor there. She they forced her to leave, this office has gone down hill so much. My therapist is forever canceling my appointments. They NEVER answer the… phone. And when they do, its the girl, named crystal I believe, who is EXTREMELY rude. Definitely not professional and does not need to be working in a mental health facility.
