Absolutely love it here! Going on almost 4 years and I wouldn’t change a thing. Everyone here is the best!

Wife went here for personal councelling and ended up having affairs with four different men. Councellor told her if you cant get what you want at home you can find it elsewhere. I'm now in my fifth year of he'll because… of this place.

Been coming here for a couple of years now. Everyone is kind and respectful :)

I cannot express how amazing Dr D is and how amazing and friendly the office lady Cheryl is. Anytime there has been an issue with my son, Cheryl is on top of it & contacts the doctor! We have been to other doctors &… this place is highly recommended. My son loves Dr D as well!!! Keep up the amazing work :)

My daughter has been seeking treatment from Dawn for about 6 months now who was recommended from my boss and she is amazing. Called to ask questions about making a appointment for a patient of mine. The woman that answered was not very pleasant at all and she was very short with answers. Like I was wasting her time. I have been in the medical… field for 24 years now and have not had this kind of experience with a potential new patient to them. Hopefully she was just having a bad morning and does not treat people like this all the time.

The staff here are super friendly and informative on everything you need to know. Sheryl is an amazing receptionist and is the best I've experienced in a long time. My therapist Heather is absolutely incredible and… really listens and does all she can to help her patients. I wouldn't trust my mental health with anyone else and I implore whomever reads this review will take my advice. Thanks for the assistance in saving my life ROMEO Macomb Family Services.

i was going to make an appointment. until i read the reviews. MANAGEMENT CHERYL IS A BULLY MAKING YOU LOOSE CUSTOMERS AND NEW BECAUSE OF THE WAY SHE DISRESPECTS AND TREATS PEOPLE!! YOU NEED TO FIRE HER CLEARLY I HAVENT… EVEN MET HER JUST FROM THE REVIEWS ID FIRE HER RIGHT NOW WHAT ARE TOU THINKING????????????? if i could leave 0 starts i would. THIS IS DISGUSTING I WILL CALLL TOO.

This place was truly amazing. I really enjoyed my therapist she was so helpful caring person sad to leave but they no longer take my new insurance.

If I could give these people a negative review I would. This place needs to be closed. These people are so cruel to people at their lowest points. People who are seeking help they PAY for. These receptionists and… "therapists" are horrible and can't seem to be bothered to do their jobs. This is not only a family therapy facilitity but one for addiction therapy as well. People who are going through the despair that comes along with the begining stages of sobriety should never be met by the unprofessionalism thats found here. The website says "providing hope". What a joke! My husband missed one appointment and called to reschedule and the receptionist "Sheryl" was less then pleasant. She always seems to be rude. She let my husband know the therapist wasn't interested in meeting him or rescheduling. Are you kidding? The appointment was scheduled weeks in advance?! Mrs. Ginger cant even be bothered to meet him? It was a simple scheduling mistake. Im a local and have never even seen more than three cars in the lot at once. They cant possibly be so busy they don't have time for manners! I have to call our insurance company to sort everything out since this was the suggested business. We will absolutely be reporting this place to the proper avenues!

The worst possible place to go for any type help. The people are rude, nasty and unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend this place to a cricket. If you want it to live.

I never really post on these sites but I do think this is an important one. I started seeing Dr Demczuk in January 2018. She was a amazing Doctor!! Due to insurance problems, I wasn’t able to see her for a while. I… worked hard to fix the problem and get back on the insurance that her office took, only to have the receptionist Cheryl bully me! She talks to you with such disrespect. I have never been treated the way this employee has treated me. No employees at a mental health facility should bully anyone!! When I tried to transfer my treatment to Romeo in February Cheryl said there was no therapist on board that took my insurance and it would be a couple of weeks before they hired one. So I waited! Now we are into June and the therapist that took my insurance is now on a leave. I switched offices again. The receptionist there was amazing!!! She was able to get me in with a therapist within a week. I also spoke with a higher up Owen, He let me know that I would be able to continue treatment with Dr. Demczuk. He then called me back to let me know I could not see the doctor. The whole reason for the transfer was so I could see Dr Demczuk again. I have gone threw great lengths to receive treatment witch I never got! It was a waste of 4 months !!! I have since closed my case.

If you are poor don't bother, it's all about money! Not helping someone in need!

Dr. Demczek is hands down the most amazing doctor. She actually listens to her patients she shows she truly cares and even calls them back promptly. I have never met a better doctor. My therapist is Lauren and she is… amazing hands down amazing. She goes above and beyond to help me and gather resources for me. I had brain surgery a month ago and she went out of her way just to call and check in on me. The two of them are the reason I go there. Besides them the staff is absolutely working the wrong job. They are so so so incredibly rude. Sheryl especially. Jennifer is very sweet and helpful. Sheryl is rude and abrupt. She treats the people there like they are all below her.

When trying to seek help after my Dad passed this place was not helpful. I tried making an appt and never got a call back. I had to call them after a couple of days and the women there always had attitudes on the phone.
