The nurse Jerri Nall is a awesome nurse, she always has a smile and can carry a conversation as she works and she's fast at her job. I can see that she's a good value member of her company and works hard. I never have… to wait long and you leave with a smile because she has a awesome attitude with people. So thank you so much for what you do Nurse Jerri Nall !!!

This place is a God send! These people are so wonderful and they actually CARE about us/you. They saved my life and ill always and forevermore be eternally grateful 🙏

This is a drug addiction treatment center where the workers there really do care about their patients. Always there if you need somebody to talk to or just lend a helping hand. Their receptionist Amber is one of the… most thoughtful and caring people I've met. If you need help with so.etjing or just someone to listen to you she's the one that's there. Always greets you with a welcoming smile. Thank you Amber for being the person you are.

Medmark has literally saved my life ! I went from having nothing to a home a car and a good job .My nurse Jerri is awesome! She deserves a 5 star rating in my book ! Mandie

Medmark Lufkin was and is a big part of my recovery! I now feel great and have gained back trust from family and friends! I have things and people in my life I didn't have before..I look forward goin to the clinic… because people there played a big part in my recovery .. Especially my nurse Mrs. Jerri .. The staff, in every facet is clicking on all cylinders now more than at any point in my time there, from Sam up front, always cheerful, always decent and expeditiously attempting to get those in a hurry in and out, to… Jeri and Co. dosing, friendly and concerned about getting the right medication to further your path, and Teresa doing a great job making sure that all her people do a great job, and finally, Cody is the best counselor I've had.....5 stars!

This treatment center is a big part of my life. And I wanted to give thanks to Jerri,she is one of the nurses there at MedMark. I am not always feeling good or feeling like myself for whatever reason,but by the time I… leave there Jerry is going to make sure that I smile on my face and I'm shaking off whatever and that was upsetting me and I've gotten to start my day over thanks to Jerrie being the beautiful person she is and spreading her contagious smile to others. Thank you for all the staff there at MedMark. And for all the patience you all show us and for never letting me feel alone. It means more to me than I can ever show.

Treatment is awesome... The staff has been very caring and supportive of my recovery. Jerri is great with getting medication right. All the counselors are great. Sam has been awesome getting me taken care of.

Hello … My sister is a patient there and I just feel the need to Give recognition to a lady who works there. Her name is Sam, and I must say that Every time we visit - I’ve noticed that Sam is just an amazing person!!!… She always makes us feel so welcome, and she Goes above and beyond for everyone to help!! She’s got great customer service, And she’s beautiful inside and out!!! I think the world would be a better place, if we had more “Sam’s” in our lives!!!! And that is all. Thank yall

Incredibly nice place, staff is very with it and professional, and very kind and empathetic. Been attending for awhile and I couldn't ask for a better help in this area of treatment.

Don't get a job out of town and think these people have it together enough to get your paperwork in order and signed off by a "doctor" for you to guest dose cuz it won't happen. Very unprofessional, quality of service… is poor. I definitely won't be back and I wouldn't recommend this "treatment center" to anyone..

Awesome caring staff!! Ms. Theresa has been a God sent angel for me personally. I can tell she really cares about me as a person not just a patient. I was falling again and they help me to see the light again. Thanks… y'all!!

I've been coming to this clinic since March 13, 2013, and it really has made my life ALOT better, for sure! But in the past 4-5 months, I don't understand what's going on, I've been having pretty bad withdrawal… symptoms, and have NEVER experienced anything like this, in the past 4 years that I've been coming to this clinic. I've gone to the staff in Lufkin, AND in Center about this, several times in the past few months, and they ALWAYS say the same thing, "hmm, well I don't know what could be causing that!" And that's ALL they've got for me, EVERYTIME! The only thing that I can think of, that may be different is that, now I do take sleep aid at night, but I still take my methadone in the mornings, so I'm at my wits end with this, can someone please try to figure out what's wrong, or what I may be doing wrong, and contact me please? I will agree with Misty and say this place is the best. I started off using opiates 30+ years ago for my arthritis. Eventually I would run low every month and started buying them. It got to the point that I could not… get out of bed without them. Enough was enough and I decided to go with my daughter to Medmark. It is the best decision I have ever made. I am starting to get my life back. The staff are so friendly and do not judge. My daughter told me the price is nothing compared to what was spent on addiction and that is so right. If you are an addict and looking for help , then please call Medmark. Not everyone can stop after detox and counseling. So come here for counseling and medication help, it works!!! I think it a good clinic. Good councilors, good good staff, awsome nurse. My main complaint is they are the most exspensive clinic I have ever been to and I have been to alot. It is,a pretty clean clinic.
