Staff has aways gone the extra mile fir us veterans.
Absolutely horrible place i have had 14 different doctors doing 14 different things. Nurses tell me to go to the ER but when I do i get told not to go because it's to expensive. This VA doesn't care at all about their… veterans....seriously
The lobby where you check in? 3 are four people sitting in the chairs up front barely call you up, they're not very friendly at all. The lab changes out staff all the time.
The Twin Ports VA went above and beyond in treating my dad. He received the absolute best care from the doctors and staff here. They were easy to work with, returned phone calls promptly, and provided my dad with all of… his medical needs. Their care was the reason my dad was able to live in his own home up until the very end.
Why can't a person ever get a hold of anyone at the Twim Ports VA. You have to go through Minneapolis and they put you on hold for ever. Very frustrating.
Had an appointment and waited almost a hour and never saw the Dr. no one came and said they were running late. That would have been MUCH better. I walked out without seeing the Dr. Not a good time at all!!
Therapy is great, so sad i have to give a one star but the front desk worker was so rude and curt with me. I can’t believe that this is how people act towards veterans, a little customer service goes a long way. It… costs nothing to be nice.
Awful automated phone-in with no option to speak to someone. My grandpa might not get very important medication because of this P.O.S system they use so they don't have to talk to real people ever.
If you want to experience true degradation - go to a VA clinic in Alabama, Mississippi, Georgia, Louisiana, Texas. This VA is "Club Med" compared to many. Connect to MyHealthVet through the VA online - Fast messaging,… fast prescriptions, fast appointments. If you don't like being connected to the Mpls VA just to speak to the TPC, then ask the receptionist or one of the appointment specialists for their direct number and they will happily share. 8)
Staff are helpful. Never had to wait excessively long, but they can get busy.
The staff is good but the biggest thing for me is always having to call the twin cities just to ask a question for my doctor and the. They have to relay it back to them and then get back to me sometimes never it it… takes days to get back when I need answers. And since I my doctor retired it seems like I’m not a very big priority with my new primary. It’s frustrating to say the least. And it takes at least a week to get doctor notes or anything that’s a priority for me
The staff at the Twin Ports VA are incredible, I don't think they get the credit they deserve! Been in the system for over 20 years and think they go above and beyond to help the vets. Thank you all!
Excellent Service. I came to Superior from Milwaukee and have been to V.A. clinics from El Paso, Denver, and New York City. Superior Clinic nurses and doctors have been absolutely above and beyond for me. I will… definitely say some of the staff member I had to deal with when entering the clinic were super nasty and need different jobs. Other than the bad eggs I have had nothing but excellent service. Kind, compassionate. I feel it is time for all the restrictions to end because what the V.A. staffers are going through is diabolical and sadistic. Muppet show needs to be over because we all know what is really going on.
They are great and part of the reason I'm still alive! Thank you for your service!
Excellent care at all times
Had specialty appointments for eye exam and hearing aids, went well and staff was thorough.
Terrible first experience had to call Milwaukee after they got all defensive PAS, harassed me for being from out of town and were offensive. The guy said only way to get seen was to transfer all my records or go put to… public hospital on mission act. Operator he transfered me to patient advocate immediately put me in there system when I went back in. They still had no services but could set me up in the future. They might as well make funeral arrangements to if it's anything serious. In addition the manager of the clinic was not even there with no report to deal with it. Was sick then no urgent care no acute care and no ICARE, said it would take two days to even see a Doctor. You could be in the lobby dying they wouldn't care. Walls messy long time no care, rugs old and dirty, far cry from military pride.
It's the worst clinic I've seen and I've seen several, incompitant, never get your medications on time always late.
Quick and efficient not what I was expecting from what you hear on the news. This staff is EXCELLENT hands down. Thank you for taking the worry out of my situation and taking care of my situation
Always congenial service and very timely!
Been a few year since I been coming to TwinPorts clinic and I’m Not speaking of the VA as a whole but the years at TP is good for me and may even say years TWINPORTS Clinic has been great. Some good staff and for the… most good care. The VA Hospital is different.
Jeanine I think her name is, was very helpful from the start.
Seems as though they dont wanna help. There hass been numerous times I've been in to get care but end up not getting it and having to go to a local clinic to get treated and taken care. Dr Huska seems as though I'm… bothering them when I go for an appointment. VA is the worst! Frustrated!!
