WebMed Mental Health Services – Duluth Detox and Rehab Services

WebMed Mental Health Services – Duluth offers intensive outpatient and outpatient care. Sessions follow a set timetable while people keep living at home. Ask what happens if the recommended level of care is not available immediately. Anyone can ask what a typical week looks like before starting.

Both conditions are treated in parallel, which is what the research supports. Medication-assisted treatment combines approved medication with counseling and clinical review. What suits one person will not suit another, so ask directly. It is reasonable to ask how progress is reviewed and by whom.

They’re more than willing to get you in to be seen and ofc they want to run all these “tests” and you are also MADE to see a therapist for AT LEAST 3 visits. I did the Gene Sight testing to find out which meds would be… perfect for me based on my genetic makeup. The psych NP, Trace, actually WENT OVER THE RESULTS WITH ME IN HIS OFFICE. However, when I called to request that medication to be called in to a pharmacy by Trace, no return call from Web Med at all and NO PRESCRIPTION CALLED IN BY TRACE, my so-called “provider”. Web Med is USELESS. Please do NOT go to them!!! Go to REAL psychiatric professionals!!! P. S. Funny thing is, Web Med billing dept keeps leaving me voicemails asking me to return their calls lol. Sorry. I’ll return YOUR calls when Trace and Web Med in general returns mine. Tit for tat. 7/22/2026 update: They deducted $145 from my checking account for an appt that I never scheduled nor did I know about. I’ve called 3 times thus far: no response, then the guy I did talk to didn’t even understand what I was telling him so I hung up and had to call back, next person I talked to said that Trace, the nurse practitioner “scheduled” an appt for July 21 when I saw him in April. EXCUSE ME???? I DID NOT SCHEDULE THIS APPT BUT THEY DEDUCTED $145 FROM MY CHECKING ACCT!!! So i said i want to be transferred to the head of the place. Wonder of wonders- HE DOESNT HAVE A PHONE!!!! Oh, it they’ll “send him a message and have him call” me. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!! THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND UNLAWFULLY TAKE YOUR MONEY!

I was able to get in immediately for an appointment. People working the phones were helpful and had me prepared prior to the appointment. Met with nurse practitioner and she was great- super relatable and was like a… real person, actually listened to me and where I was at. I was able to get started in treatment resistant depression, spravato, pretty quick. They do a great job and treat me so well. Wouldnt go anywhere else now. I appreciate them!

I don't recommend this place to anyone. They are not useful or knowledgeable in any way. It seems to me they just collect money for pointless appointments and they get you nowhere. I don't even think it's a real… business. Also I tried to do 0 stars but I guess I had to put 1 in order to post something 🙃

Been going a while. Personally had many ups and downs but the staff was patient enough to deal with me..I appreciate it and apologize for all that I've put y'all through in the past. It takes a team of humans to help a… child..

Having to drive half an hour each way. Been there now about a total of 6 or so times each a matter of two hours giving credible in depth explanations and experiences starting back from my childhood till now. All with… the goal of getting some type of expert opinion of what I deal with. Staff was great all throughout my time there. Once it was time to share results of their findings is when the pathetically lazy experience took place. Let alone could I not speak with the one whom decided the results but he’d also not put in any mention what so ever of anything that I had shared. Basically making any previous discussion a waste of time. There wasn’t a single question that could be answered nor was there anything that could be done to prove that there was any other intention of making this a a money making transaction. Clearly they could care less about trying to make a difference. Give any answers etc. Very poor excuse for health care “professionals”.

When asking to get a document I couldn't use the pdf on my phone. I was told that's not their problem, either print it or mail it or come in to the office. When I tried to teach th3m how to download a writable word… version, I was told no. Something so simple as asking to recieve a different form should not be denied. Shame on them.

Unfortunately I have to give them a 2 star rate. I got a new psychiatrist…I just do not like. They said some pretty insensitive things, which I thought was very, very unprofessional considering they work in a mental… health field. Ive been here for a while now and I sadly must look for a new place. As far as the set up goes. Very nice set up in the waiting area. I’d say 5 stars for that. But my provider just isn’t meeting my needs and has upset me so much that I just can’t go there anymore. Also, front desk staff is usually very good…but I was recently hung up on while trying to explain a situation. So, due to these circumstances I must go with 2 stars. Really unfortunate because they were wonderful up until now…

Very friendly staff. Whenever I had any type of troubleshooting staff made sure they contacted me to help me walk through it step by step to make sure that I made it to my appointments. When I missed it s appointments… from my fault they promptly tried to fit me in where they could always. Greatest behavior health care I had😁

Oh my, do I have a review. As far as webmed as a whole, it's no better or worse than other places. For psychiatry, I've worked with Tim Weber. I'd say he's a very intelligent, business minded person. Nothing bad to say… after a year or so working with him. I'd recommend his service as a psychiatrist. Unfortunately, webmed started expanding, and I was transferred to a ARPN named Kathy Busick. To date, after a year roughly, I've been given a diagnosis I disagree with severely. No one else I work with sees it. I found out about it by accident, on the website portal for clients. On *accident*. And it was from many months ago. I found out after the information in the old web portal was transferred over to new, otherwise I would not have been told. I wasn't informed, which would have guided future treatment, informed myself, and provide insight and help with recovery. Ill be having the diagnosis scrubbed, so to speak, as it's invalid and plain as day thats not there once you know me enough. As well as cross diagnosis false positives. Yuck. ***(UPDATE 1/5/22, have new provider. The diagnosis in question was ruled out 100%, and I'm now being treated with effective medications, life is better.****
