I have used many of the services offered at HDC from mental health to recovery services and I have never been disappointed! I have been receiving care their for 4+ years and would highly recommend to anyone!
I just called to make an appointment for mental health. The First Lady that answered the phone was kind but when I was transferred to the lady that sets up appointments or deals with new people it was horrible. She was… rushing me and clearly upset that my service wasn’t good, I told her my insurance gave me a list of clinics and hdc was one of them and she told me “oh I don’t believe that” are you kidding? So unprofessional. Then she told me to ask if they take my insurance first before I “waste” people’s time.
A listening ear and kind ❤️ They care. They can give you a voice.
hours of operation are incorrect for fridays at both sights also 211 has a number for you guys that is no longer in service
Jordan Rodgers seen our daughter 2 times and made everything worse for her and brought stuff up f4om the past that she already dealt with and got over. Then jumped to accusations. Very unprofessional. Not happy and not… bringing our daughter back there again
I attempted to reach out to HDC for an unrelated grievance with snow removal at their site. Their phone queue does not work (would end call after selecting any option) and it’s seemingly impossible to get through to a… live body. Although this ultimately was not a big deal for me, it’s worrisome that others may be experiencing the same thing when reaching out with mental health concerns/questions.
Reached out for some help. Was forced into doing a second over the phone meeting where the second meeting was held with exact same evaluation done in first meeting and provided zero new information and was charged even… more than the first bill for something I had already had done in the first meeting. Communication between client and business was awful and had to reach out multiple times to contact. Had a very rude woman answer the phone when needing to send information elsewhere after I was told that the woman in our meeting would send over documents in timely fashion. It was a mess to deal with and not worth the two outrageous bills I had to pay.
horrible
