Never got to see the doctor was going though hardship so I couldn’t afford the co-payment and the Receptionist lady Jessica wouldn’t let me talk to the nurse manager of the facility or give me another chance to pay the… co- fee when I had the money To schedule a appointment now she’s indefinitely not letting me schedule a appointment with this Miss Dr. Thompson I never in 1 million years would think that you have to go through this just to be seen as a new patient for a doctors office. I question is this a legitimate doctors office because as a new patient they sometimes will waive the Covid fee as it being your first time as a new patient there, but this lady Jessica just say no no no won’t let me talk to any managers cause I don’t think she’s the manager of the place I looked it up and she’s definitely not wouldn’t let me talk to no one to plea my case Overall give them one star because people go through circumstances and things in life and if I was the receptionist, I would give a person a chance not just bluntly. Tell them oh no, you missed these days and we can’t get you in now. You can be on your death bed here and they won’t even see you.

As much as it pains me to write a bad review, I have to. I’ve been going here for over 20 years and I chose to leave. I genuinely really liked Dr. Thompson and Jennifer but some of their policies, I just couldn’t look… past. It appears they are more interested in the money aspect instead of what’s in their patients best interest. My last appointment I missed due to an emergency. I don’t recall ever missing an appointment prior. I called and left a vm the day of my appointment explaining what happened. I understand that they are a businesses and cancelling last minute impacts their business but things happen out of your control. When they called me back I again explained what happened and asked to reschedule. I was then told that because I missed the appointment and didn’t give them 24 hours notice I would be charged a fee. Not only that but they refused to refill my birth control until I was seen and I had to pay this fee upfront before they would even schedule me. Now let’s stop there… I’ve actually missed appointments with other doctors office and they have been far more understanding. Things happen. Then the fact that they are holding my birth control hostage until I could get in again is not in the best interest of their patients. And last, a $40 fee for a missed appointment is a bit steep! And this wasn’t the only time they have refused to fill my birth control. They insist that I have a pap every year in order to get my birth control. And it came to my attention that it’s not even required to have an annual pap anymore. I’ll quote the current recommendation here. “Per the CDC and other Medical organizations (like the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists) found that screening too often for average-risk individuals doesn't significantly lower cancer rates, but can lead to unnecessary tests and procedures.” I’m sorry but it appears that they are just trying to nickel and dime their patients and that is just very off putting. If it was just the fee because I missed the appointment that would be one thing but the doctors office knows I need to stay on birth control not only as a preventative but due to other issues. My husband hit the nail on the head when he said they hold your birth control hostage instead of what’s in the patient’s best interest. And that’s a shame. I was able to call another obgyn from Aurora who verified that they could schedule me immediately. Meanwhile refill my birth control and I also didn’t need a pap annually but the CURRENT recommendation of every 3-5 years. So I got cut ties and changed doctors.

Has too many generators. And I still have 2 sealed parts to generators that haven't been taken

The staff were very kind and understanding. My English isn't very good, so my conversations weren't fluent, but they treated me very kindly and understandingly. This was my first time coming for treatment in another… country, and since I wasn't very familiar with the procedures, they were very helpful. Thank you for your help and understanding 🙏

Dr. Thompson is very personable and respectful. I have been seeing her for about a year for regular health care needs such as pap smears, pelvic exams, UTI's, and etc. She makes me feel comfortable to ask questions and… helps me understand what's going on with my body. She has been nothing but helpful! Highly recommend as a small business for women's health care in Kenosha.

Would not go here solely based off the receptionist on the phone. Horrible customer service!!!

Dr. Thompson is wonderful. Was having an issue and wanted to get seen quickly. Every other female gynecologist's office was booking 3+ months out. They got me in same week. Dr. Thompson has a great manner with her… patients and made me feel at ease. She was thorough, and the testing she ordered was helpful in getting other doctors going in identifying underlying causes. We are fortunate to have such an excellent female gynecologist in the Kenosha area. Highly recommend.

I called this doctors office and was told that Dr. Thompson was not taking any new patients, pregnant patients, or patients who might be pregnant. I was told that Dr. Thompson and this office does not offer any… pregnancy testing or testing at all. Very unprofessional and extremely weird I would not recommend this Dr or office to anyone seems discriminatory.

When I first started coming here, i was 16. My mother made sure to bring me here, where the obgyn was female. Eventually, they hired on another female obgyn. Both of them were VERY nice!! Dr. Arnold (i hope I'm… remembering right) always gave me tips and tricks and was very personable! One star because the nurses always looked at me like they were judging me. Every time. Every time i checked in they would roll their eyes like i was a problem. So i stopped going. I now go to Planned Parenthood, where the judgement stops inside the building!

I will not go to any other gynecologist, her and Jenny are the best!!!!

I haven’t been here in a year or so to be seen by this Dr., Ive just been letting my primary doctor perform my annuals. All interactions prior to today when I called for a concern, were GREAT!! Especially with the Dr… herself but Today someone at the front desk just didn’t want to work or maybe that’s just how she is, but what I DO know is that the level of professionalism was a 0 out of 5!!!! I mean I know companies have procedures to follow but if the information I’m giving you from my WORK insurance seemed off to you and I ask if you can just go back and look at my insurance information in the system and to be told she doesn’t have access to that is UNBELIEVABLE coming from working in the healthcare field myself!! At this point I’m currently looking for an UNFAMILIAR OBGYN because the taste in mouth this lady left me with I’m COMPLETELY turned off!!! DR. Thompson YOU WERE GREAT btw !!!

Dr Thompson was my last hope in BHRT! When I left after my first consultation I cried all afternoon, knowing I’d found someone that could finally fix my hormone problems! Yes I used the old cliche “where have you been… all my life” when I went back! I’m on a slow road to recovery and getting me back. Stating I love Doctor Judith and her team is an understatement! I would recommend to anyone make it female needing hormonal balancing!

Dr. Thompson and her whole staff are welcoming. I've been going here for annuals for the past few years and the staff is knowledgeable. Dr. Thompson can make a scary procedure feel comfortable. Her positive attitude and… warm personality are contagious. I've been to a few gynecologists and Dr. Thompson is definitely my favorite.

Well. I made an appointment to follow up on my fibroid issues. I had gone there a couple years ago and they sent me to have ultrasounds taken at that time. I did. They recommended a hysterectomy. I'm 38. I decided to… make lifestyle changes to see if I could halt their growth instead. I made an appointment with them recently to check back in and see how they are now. I left work early to make it to the appointment, so I'll have to make up the time. When I got there, they told me they didn't have me on the schedule. Seriously. And then, basically told me, "Doctor is just going to recommend the hysterectomy again, so if you're looking for something other than that..." No offer to reschedule. No recommendation of other doctors that might just remove or treat the tumors. I asked for my medical records so that I could continue with someone else. They "didn't have" my ultrasound films and couldn't tell me where they had come from. So now I get to start back at square one. Super. Thanks a lot. Would not recommend this place for any reason imaginable.
