CleanSlate Centers – Kenosha

I am going on my 7th year here. When I had my first appointment I was so scared and nervous that I was going to be judged or looked at differently. Not even one member of staff has ever made me feel that way. What I… would tell myself and anyone afraid to take that leap. You are worth it, you deserve to be drug and/or alcahol free and happy. It hurts nothing to try. Help, health and happiness is really only a call away. I'm not gonna lie it's not easy at first but as time goes on before you know it you won't even think about any substance any more. You are worth it!!!!!

Awesome ppl who actually care about your well being! I’d recommend them to anyone struggling with addiction issues.

All of the staff are super friendly and their goal is to help you be successful. The PA listens to you carefully and he will suggest and prescribe medication to aid you to reach your goals. The counselor will work with… you to set up a plan for your recovery and listens intently to you to help you reach the goals you have set. She has helped me in numerous ways to overcome anxiety issues that were blocking my path. I believe the whole staff have truly saved my life.

I got so sick the first time I took this

I'm very impressed with the way the WHOLE staff, including the doctor handles themselves and me and my situation. They were not only extremely professional but genuinely compassionate. I'm glad I chose CleanSlate.

Great place great people great help

No complaints. With perhaps a couple of minor exceptions, they've been supportive of, me, and I've observed all the rules. I haven't discussed my end plan as yet or had to reschedule an appointment. I hope my record up… to this point will earn me flexibility and understanding if and when I get to that point. Later: I finished, but one surprise. After a painful dental procedure, I was given a prescription with codeine. Walgreen's didn't fill it but notified my surgeon and the script was pulled. I thought I was finished with buprenorphine, but it apparently is never finished with you.

This clinic is one of the best places to go if you need help with recovery addiction. The staff is amazing, understanding, and treat you like a person. Never have I had a bad experience… i know I can be honest without… judgement from the staff and Dr. Long is amazing. She listens and works with what is best for your recovery. I am so grateful for this place. I recommend Cleanslate to anyone I know who is in need of recovery. Addiction a daily struggle and they just make that struggle a little less. Thank you for all your hard work!

My wife goes here for a very long time now. They have greatly helped her and I to have a better quality of life. If you need help this is the place to go.

I came back after being gone for a little over a month and they know who I was and the whole staff welcomed me back! Love this place!!!

I used to like this place. They had their ducks in a row. Lately they've been screwing up my appointments, and I'm the one paying the price. I've just about had enough of the mix ups and run around with these people and… this place. Racine is so much better.

Very non judge mental and helpful

Cleanslate has some great people who do a great job form a treatment standpoint. Hang on to your wallet and pray your insurance covers treatment. $1400 for blood work and a 10 minute consultation. How is this legal?
