Legally, a diagnosis that requires six months of seeing a patient before it can be officially made. They will give in 30 days to get paid. Additionally, they request your signature to be sent so they can apply it to all documents, will refuse to provide you with copies of what you have signed. This practice effectively withholds information that might lead you to decline their services. In my experience, this is the most unprofessional, unethical, and money-driven counseling agency I have ever encountered. I would not recommend it.
