I love this place. I have been feeling so much better since I started coming here. The staff and nurses are amazing, too. I highly recommend Spravato for treatment resistant depression. It’s changed my life. Also, the… clinic is super nice and relaxing.

I’ve been battling with depression and panic attacks for over 15 years. Trauma, stuck in fight or flight mode all day. I’m sitting in the lobby just got done with my second session, I can breathe. My shoulders don’t… feel like they’re carrying a heavy load. If you’re looking to change your perspective, I would come here.

I’m telling you these are some of the best people you will ever get to meet I promise you, Ava is one of the sweetest people iv ever met in my life, it was an amazing experience!!!!

Can't say enough good things about this place. I had virtually given up on mental health treatment but my insurance covered it so I figured I had nothing to lose by trying one more option that I hadn't considered.… Spravato has nearly eliminated my anxiety and I've also seen a decrease in depression. The staff here are super kind as well and the atmosphere is very calm and relaxing. If you're struggling and have the means to try this treatment it's worth giving it a chance.

I love this place! You won’t find a more kind, caring, compassionate staff. Courtney is a fantastic ARNP. Knowledgeable, personable & easy to talk to, professional, patient, understanding, and attentive to your… individual needs. Plus she got my Spravato approved by my insurance at lightening-speed. Cole at the front desk is a gem with all appointment scheduling and patient communication needs. He even got me an Uber ride home from a treatment when my phone was down. I feel so blessed to have found this clinic for my Spravato & ketamine medical needs. I would encourage anyone struggling with treatment-resistant mental health issues (depression, anxiety, PTSD, and more…) to schedule a consultation here. 35+ years of traditional pharmacological options don’t even come close to providing the kind of relief that Spravato & ketamine have given me. New Pathways has changed my life for the better. These treatments have allowed me to make immense progress with severe c-PTSD and severe depression. I cannot thank the caring, generous, loving staff there enough for… their thoughtful, attentive care. They really care about you and your progress.

Wow, this place is wonderful. It’s like going to a spa very inviting and Peaceful. The staff is so friendly. Lynn Is an excellent doctor, caring And very easy to talk to. The office is very professional and feels like a… safe place when doing the treatments. I truly didn’t realize how much The treatments helped me. I was doing the normal household things without even thinking about it. I actually feel Normal again With the treatments, I without a doubt would recommend this place 100%you will not regret it!!you so much for changing lives!!

Absolutely wonderful experience. They took time to make sure I was okay, Everyone talks very quietly, the tranquility room is very calming. My BP was a little high due to my fear of needles, but they made sure I was… alright. The nurse was absolutely lovely, so is the gentleman at the front desk. I've had infusions before but switched due to location. I feel like the care and consideration is the gold standard of how an infusion is supposed to be. They monitored everything, but did not interfere when the infusion was taking place. I felt extremely safe here. I'm glad I switched and am grateful to the staff for making this experience feel safe and comforting. -Angelie S. Edit: Had my second infusion, I have severe anxiety and depression, but it is less coming here and I feel like I'm in such a safe environment with well trained staff. Lynn, Cole, and the nurses are compassionate and wonderful!

Lynn and her staff are phenomenal. She knows what it takes to make ketamine therapy successful and communicates effectively and efficiently. Her and her staff are caring, welcoming and professional, which is especially… important when dealing with people like me that have severe anxiety. My experience at New Pathways Clinic in Cincinnati has been wonderful, from the first phone call with Cole and guiding me every step of the way. I can’t say enough about all of the great staff at this clinic and how… life changing the treatment itself has been for me. I’ve had treatment resistant depression for many years and have found relief through the IV Ketamine treatment plan that Lynn created for me, with me. I always felt safe with the nurses (both Courtney and Ashley are wonderful!), everyone has made me feel truly comfortable and cared for in this clinic under the kind people who work here and through out the entire process. Lynn was thorough and made sure all of my questions and concerns were met with compassion but most of all— I received honest answers and feedback about myself and my diagnosis, my treatment plan and what I could expect in the future. I can’t wait to recommend New Pathways Clinic to everyone who feels they’ve tried other methods of treatment without desired results or relief. Thank you so much to all of the staff at the clinic.

Top notch experience. Cole was great at accommodating my schedule to get me in for an initial assessment, I even had to reschedule twice and he was extremely accommodating. Lynn, the NP, was very knowledgable and was… very reassuring when answering my questions. Will definitely return
