Neu Hope – Hazel Park Detox and Rehab Services

Neu Hope – Hazel Park appears on the register for intensive outpatient and outpatient care. Structured outpatient runs to a schedule while people return home in the evening. Anyone unsure which level fits should ask for an assessment rather than choosing from a list, since placement criteria exist precisely to make that judgement.

The record does not show integrated provision, so confirm this if it matters. Medication-assisted treatment combines approved medication with counseling and clinical review. Ask what a typical week involves before committing, since the schedule determines whether the program is workable alongside work or family.

How Much Does Treatment at Neu Hope – Hazel Park Cost?

Uninsured rehab in Michigan generally costs $1,610 to $4,900 for a week of medical detox and $1,200 to $5,000 a month for standard outpatient care. RehabSeekers could not find Neu Hope – Hazel Park’s own prices at the time of writing, and those amounts describe the state, not this facility.

A typical price takes in medical monitoring, the intake assessment, group therapy and individual counseling. Neu Hope may bundle more than that or less. The only way to know is to call and ask what the quoted figure includes.

My psychiatrist Dr. Marcos Yassa works at this location and has honestly been a life saver for me. He’s helped me in so many ways over the years that I honestly wouldn’t be where I am today without him. The kind staff… does a great job as well and are always so welcoming and sweet. Would 100% recommend if you believe in positive mental health! This office is here to help 🙏🏼🙌🏼♥️

I had been suffering from severe abdominal pain and discomfort for quite some time, which was affecting my daily life. After examination and USG, I was diagnosed with bilateral chocolate cyst with kissing ovaries. I am… 37 years old and was very worried after this diagnosis. I then sought treatment from Ketan Patel. Sir explained the entire condition very well and advised laparoscopic surgery. My operation lasted for about 2 hours, but the entire surgery went very smoothly and safely. The entire hospital team provided excellent care and support from admission to discharge. After the operation, I feel much more relieved than before. My abdominal pain has also reduced considerably, and my recovery is going well. I wholeheartedly thank Dr. Ketan Patel sir and his entire team for providing such excellent treatment, care, and confidence. It is truly a great thing to have such an experienced and caring doctor. Highly recommended.”

Horrible! Their customer service is the worst they constantly change their hours of operation or call and ask you to come at different times. They expect you to work around all of their issues but never work with you. I… wouldn’t waste your time.

This is a great place where they offer many resources and they are all right there in one place. They get you in fairly quickly even when they are busy. The doctors are kind and helpful. They also have the best prices… around if you don’t have insurance or your insurance doesn’t cover this type of health problem.

i have been coming here for almost 6 years for primary care and 2.5 years for addiction/psych treatment and i am so grateful for everyone at neu hope who have been so supportive and helpful on my journey through… sobriety! Dr. Mo, Dr. Lisa, and Dr. Marcos are the only doctors in my lifetime i’ve ever been able to truly trust and believe, they don’t just slap a diagnosis on you and send you on your way. they genuinely care and want to help! i refuse to go anywhere else for medical care because i receive ACTUAL healthcare from Neu Hope + Neu Urgent!

Honestly I would give negative stars if it was available. I had an appointment today for my med refill and they are closed. Its Friday, I have no meds to last me the weekend, which if you know anything about Suboxone,… is devastating. I am a mother of 5 children, youngest is an infant and I cannot be sick for days. I went to the urgent care affiliated with this clinic bc that's what the note on the door said to do and they told me that everyone should have been contacted to reschedule but it said I don't have a vm. Which is laughable because I absolutely have a voicemail that is available for messages, and I also can receive text notifications from this office as well. They just didn't leave anything. To make their utter failure and incompetence even more egregious, I CALLED THEM AFTER THEY SUPPOSEDLY REACHED OUT TO ME, TO CONFIRM THE DATE AND TIME OF MY APPOINTMENT, RECEPTIONIST SAID FRIDAY NOVEMBER 15TH AT 11:45AM, SEE YOU THEN! So regardless of their half measured attempt to get in contact with me that was unsuccessful, I gave them an opportunity when I called back on the Monday before my appointment to correct this, and instead got confirmation of an appointment that I guess no longer existed because they would be closed. How utterly unprofessional this is, combined with the feeble attempt at contacting me one time and noting (if that's to be believed) that I didn't answer and receive this message and never giving it a second try, and then when given the opportunity by sheer coincidence to right this error, they instead make the most thoughtless and negligent error in this whole situation by telling me I have an appointment on the day they allegedly contacted me to cancel/reschedule. The biggest issue being I need this medication to function, it isn't like I'll be fine if I don't have if for a weekend. And I didn't even mention i drive an hour to this appointment every month, and an hour home. It's not a convenient trip for me, and they have a new policy where you can't bring children so now I have to find a baby sitter for several hours to attend to this, and even though they screwed up it isn't like don't have to pay my babysitter for today, and will have to do it all again Monday and pay her then too. They aren't going to recompensate me for the money it takes to drive here and back, or somehow make it right that I spent my entire weekend with my kids sick and unable to function at a level I need to. And worst of all I guarantee there will be no acknowledgement of error, no apology or recognition that they made a mistake and find out how that happened because no one is going to take accountability for their part. I don't know why they posted the sign saying go to the urgent care bc they were unwilling or unable to help. The one receptionist did get up and go to the back to ask at least, she seemed like she vaguely understood how this was screwing me and wanted to help, the other one just said nothing we can do and kept playing on her phone. Obviously it's not their problem and I don't blame these two ladies but the fact that there's a notice posted that says go to the urgent care with concerns, led me to believe they could provide some sort of help. They probably didn't know the clinic was putting this responsibility on them, which is yet another strike against them for unprofessional failure to communicate. I realize this review is going to the urgent care and not to MAT clinic next door but it's only because they don't have a separate google account to review, they're bunched together, so I want to be clear this review is for the clinic at 704 9 mile, not the NEU hope urgent care. Hopefully in the future they will be more careful and considerate of their patients, the total lack of attention/empathy has devasted me and is going to have me hopefully making it through the weekend sick but incessantly thinking about the alternative solutions that might kill me, and that's best case scenario, someone else perhaps would already be seeking other illegal means to ruin their life.

This place is amazing! Dr. Kinaia is absolutely amazing. I came in there withdrawing and she prescribed me a medication for withdrawal symptoms and it made it where I was able to successfully get through it. She cares… about her patients and what is going to work best for their recovery. I highly recommend this place for anyone who is trying to get help from opioid addiction. Out of all the addiction specialists I have been to over the years this by far is the best place I have been.

The reason this practice got a one star rating is because they have direct correlation to the Neu Urgent Care next door. The only way they will really see you is if you make new urgent care your primary care practice in… fact, that’s what I was told to do an about my second appointment otherwise they were not gonna be able to see me any longer. It was all kind of fine until I started wanting or needing other help. On top of the fact that when Gina was the provider I seen she used to push that I see Dr. Marcos as a psychiatrist next-door so eventually I did because I should have been seeing a psychiatrist anyways. I won’t get into why I regret that because that’s a different review regarding the urgent care next door. Anyways, I’ll admit that I have had some very heavy, recent trauma, which did heavily affect me, but I also didn’t keep that a secret from not one provider at either practice. I never had a problem with Colleen the new provider at new Hope, in fact, I actually still appreciate her to this day for helping to stabilize me on the medication, and in my opinion, she went above and beyond in doing so. If she read this, I hope she knows I really appreciate her. And if all you ever need to go there for is just substance-abuse treatment and will never need any other services then would still suggest you go there because she is a good doctor. But unfortunately, giving anything more than one star wasn’t going to get anybody’s attention and the way I was treated was wrong. If it wasn’t for Dr. Colleen having a heart I would have been left with no substance abuse medication this month because I was not informed that I was dropped as a patient from really either place till I showed up to my very next, which ended up being last substance-abuse appointment. In fact, I’m still not even really sure why they dropped me as a patient from this practice. Other than spite from me filing formal complaints and grievances and bad reviews on Google. Although I will tell you that the practice next-door put some pretty nasty lies in my medical file saying that they called the police on me, but I ran away, which couldn’t be further from the truth. I’m glad my father sat in as a witness. i’m not really sure what I did to deserve this. Unless antagonized, I am very kind mannered and well-meaning. I have friends and family that will attest to that. I hope nothing like this happens to anybody else, because even though I have been able to deal with this well, it has all been very difficult, and had I not been through the things I was, I’m positive I would have given up by now. But there is no going back. Not after what I have been through in life.

I am starting a new job and couldn't do inpatient treatment because my position was hiring urgently. I called approximately 30-40 places before finding Neu Hope. I cried with relief when I found out they have an… outpatient detox program. I went to my appointment and now I'm sitting here writing a sober review...a rare occasion. I had to maintain my job to stay sane and Neu Hope is keeping me comfortable as I reenter the world at large. I work with underserved and/or struggling children, so finding a program like this was imperative. My relief is almost inconceivably hard to put words to- I have all the tears and all the hope. Do not put off feeling better- call the excellent staff at Neu Hope!
