Have had a great experience. The front desk lady is really nice. Have 9 months + sober and it is largely due to New Journey and the AA Program. Anyone looking to break the chains of addiction should contact this… god-sent place and start their new life today!
I can’t say enough good things about new journey - it’s not your stereotypical methadone clinic for one, nor is it the stereotype you think of when you think of clinics. Everybody is extremely professional, but yet… casual if that makes sense. It doesn’t come off too clinical in a very relaxed manner. All the staff are kind & never judgmental. The counselor’s there are top-notch & even someone will give you a number to reach them, which I love. Of course they do have rules and policies, but I find them to be very understanding usually. It’s because of them the success I’ve had and I can’t thank them enough for that and giving me my life back.
After being in active addiction for over 10 years, I came to this place to get help after being in the hospital. Ive been sober for 33 days at this point and I’ve always been afraid to talk about things due to feeling… judged. I’ve never had people treat me so good and be so understanding and kind to where I do not feel judged. Im finally getting the help I need and I want to keep coming back!!! The staff at New Journey are a true blessing!

I have been working with New Journey for a little while now and been sober for almost 2 years and as I continue to work on myself with them. The guidance, caring nature and helping attitude of some great counselor’s,… nursing staff and everyone else there that has been a big part of my recovery and helping me stay sober, Y’all are truly amazing and I definitely owe y'all some recognition in helping me stay sober, pushing me to work on my mental and physical health and doing a complete 180 in my life. Great place! As a recovering addict I do have to say, the counselors there are very understanding and they help you with any questions you have on your medication and your treatment plan. This place is very secluded and… the hours Operation is perfect for my work.
