He is genuinely dedicated to… achieving the best possible outcomes for his patients, taking a truly holistic approach to their mental well-being. Therapist would not answer any of my questions, would not offer medication advice, told me I needed to pay him for a full evaluation costing over $15,000 before he would give any sort of diagnosis, report, or medication… advice. After a less than 30min conversation he believed he knew me better than I know myself and said I’d be fine, talk to my GP if I want and to be patient. What a great thing to hear from an apparent mental health professional that you have been waiting to speak with for many weeks. I’m sure he charged my insurance company a ridiculous about of money for that waste of my time.

I am extremely grateful to have both an awesome doctor and therapist. They are both highly professional and work hard to help me. Dr. Shah, my doctor and Luz, my therapist are both responsive and I am happy to say thank… you for all you do!

Too many confirm appts with info required. Only 1 confirm needed each. Visit and info required need not be attached to every confirm. Time is of the essence when signing in at times and this is a waste of my time

Dr.Shah is a kind, understanding, professional Psychiatrist. He is a great listener and patient advocate. I feel grateful to call him my doctor!

I’m having a lot of anxiety about the next steps in my mental care. It’s hard getting in touch with reps at Bloom to get updates. Overall the experience is causing me a lot of stress.
