New Pathways – Dublin Detox and Rehab Services
New Pathways – Dublin is recorded as offering intensive outpatient and outpatient care. Day programming is scheduled, with evenings spent at home. Which of these is appropriate depends on an assessment, not on what sounds manageable at the time.
The listing records a single focus rather than combined treatment, so anyone needing both should confirm what is available. It is worth asking how many hours a week the program runs, because that decides whether it fits around everything else.

An amazing place. Literally. The fact that it is managed by highly qualified nurses makes a tremendous difference—the human touch is always present. The care is not only professional; it is genuinely kind. They… understand the process and the experience a person goes through. Here, they understand that the experience is about more than pharmacology—the emotional and psychological aspects of treatment matter too. I highly recommend this clinic and, especially, the people who make it what it is.
I don’t think I could say enough positive things about New Pathways. From the moment you walk in the door you’re greeted with kinda and compassionate people. Every nurse I have worked with has made me feel comfortable… from the moment I met them which is very important for an experience like this. As far as the treatment goes so far I couldn’t recommend it enough, I have seen massive changes in only 6 treatments. Give it a shot! You won’t regret it.
New Pathways came into my life just at the right time. They helped me gain composure and control over that which I had lost and if not for them, I probably would have lost my job, too. All of their staff is incredibly… understanding and kind. They do their best, really, they do. I especially appreciate one of their NP’s, Ashley for taking the time to answer questions, explain processes and procedures, and overall, just being really understanding and compassionate and empathetic. The price may seem steep, but when it comes to your mental health and regaining your life, prices are irrelevant. I’m very thankful for New Pathway.
I order If you have a disorder with your brain mentally like PTSD anxiety things like this if your a military veteran and need help go here to help your brain two ketamine treatments for PTSD a week for four weeks, via… infusion, alleviated symptoms in a majority of veteran patients with treatment-resistant PTSD.
All of my adult life and majority of my adolescent years I've suffered from anxiety, depression. After years of trying different medications with little success I began to feel like I had problems that just weren't… fixable. I was reluctant to call New Pathways because I heard about Ketamine and bought into all the negative stigma surrounding it. I came to a consultation and laid everything out. I learned things about myself in that session that I was never aware of in years of treatments. But I was still not convinced and went home not calling them again for six more months. Then my life was just so consumed by stress and anxiety and frustration that I called and went back to the office and set up appointments for Ketamine Infusions. I was extremely nervous at my first infusion appointment and the staff was more than understanding and showed nothing but kindness and compassion towards me. I had Dianna as my one on one nurse and she was the VERY BEST! I think they could charge extra for having her in there because she was such a benefit. She answered every question I had and gave insight the best she could into what I may experience and how to maneuver through mentally. After my infusion I felt completely refreshed and rejuvenated! The days afterwards and the infusions that followed only solidified my position. I have not been able to count all the benefits that my life has had since beginning therapy here. Every time I go for an appointment I feel completely at home. I cannot thank the kind staff of New Pathways enough. If anyone is reading this and is on the fence wether to call them or not, please do yourself the favor and call. You deserve to receive what this treatment has to offer!!
I have been coming to New Pathways for about a month now and I have never had a bad experience. If you struggle with anxiety and depression like me you need to definitely think about treatment at New Pathways. This is… the best I have felt mentally in years. The staff is amazing they are very supportive and understand what you are going through. I will definitely keep coming to New Pathways for treatment. Thank you so much
Patient Review for Makayla Anderson, APRN PMHNP-BC – New Pathways Clinic, Dublin, OH I recently had the opportunity to meet with Makayla Anderson at New Pathways Clinic in Dublin, Ohio, and I cannot speak highly enough… about the exceptional care and support I received during my visit. From the moment I stepped into the clinic, I was treated with respect, compassion, and professionalism. Makayla Anderson stood out immediately as a provider who genuinely cares about her patients and their well-being. Makayla created a welcoming and comfortable environment, which made it incredibly easy for me to open up about my concerns and challenges. Her calm and reassuring demeanor helped put me at ease, especially as we discussed sensitive topics surrounding my mental health. I never once felt rushed or dismissed. On the contrary, Makayla took the time to truly listen—something that is far too rare in today’s fast-paced medical system. One of the main reasons for my visit was to explore Ketamine infusion therapy as a potential treatment option. Makayla was incredibly knowledgeable and thorough in her explanation. She broke everything down in a way that was clear and easy to understand, covering not only how the therapy works but also what I could expect before, during, and after treatment. I was impressed by her ability to answer all of my questions patiently and in detail—no matter how minor or repetitive they may have seemed. What really stood out to me was her compassionate approach. She didn’t just present clinical facts—she connected with me as a person, showing empathy for what I’ve been going through. It made a huge difference to feel heard and supported rather than just processed as another appointment. She also encouraged me to take my time when making decisions and made sure I had all the information I needed to feel confident about moving forward. The professionalism of the New Pathways Clinic staff and the calming atmosphere of the office also added to the positive experience. It’s clear that this practice prioritizes patient-centered care, and Makayla exemplifies that mission in every way. If you’re considering Ketamine therapy or are simply looking for a compassionate and knowledgeable mental health provider, I highly recommend Makayla Anderson. Her expertise, patience, and genuine care make her an outstanding professional, and I’m incredibly grateful to have found her.
I’ve been coming to NP Dublin for many months. If I could give it more stars I would. I feel accepted, welcomed, and cared for when I’m here. All of the staff I’ve encountered have been friendly and kind. It really… means a lot to me especially when dealing with the issues that brought me here for treatment.
I receive Spravato here and I am highly pleased with the experience. Not only do I get my own room, but there’s fun projection lights and free fidget toys and coffee, water and snacks. The nurses are so kind and helpful… and generous and they truly care about their patients’ wellbeing. I can’t say enough good things about this place. Spravato can be overwhelming, but at New Pathways, it’s completely manageable because I know that I’m in good hands.
They tailor treatment to your specific needs instead of using a "one size fits all" approach. They monitor your symptoms and improvement closely, and ensure you're getting the maximum benefit from the treatments.… Everyone here is so compassionate and empathetic. The entire staff has gone above and beyond to help me. I'm so grateful I found this place. They've truly saved my life.
Love this place! Very relaxing environment & the staff are all very comforting. Now doing iv booster treatments & they have helped me work through so much !
Life changing. I can not thank these people enough for their help.
Amazing staff. Felt like I was in heaven
The staff is compassionate and professional.
Flexible, caring staff, trouble free treatments. Definitely recommend!
Wonderful staff. I could not have asked or wanted for a better experience. If you suffer with depression and medicine isn’t helping, give them a call.
After much research, decided on this clinic and couldn't be more satisfied! Less expensive than any other clinic around, AND only one that negotiates IV K treatments with insurance to get price down, that I'm aware of.… But there is no cost cutting apparent - highly trained, experienced staff, high-grade equipment, thorough intake interview and follow ups, rigorous constant vitals monitoring, comfy peaceful private rooms, nice clean facility. Gabby and Jewel and the rest of the staff really care about patient outcome and consistently go above and beyond.. this is not a fly-by-night operation just after your money. If you are deciding base on # of Google reviews, please keep in mind this clinic has only been open for a short time. But they have it down, and have Cleveland and Cincy clinics, you can read reviews for those as well. Go here!
Brielle and Gabby are awesome! They make the welcome process easy and stress free. Super accommodating to my busy schedule and facilitated a last minute cancellation without issue
I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone that is interested in IV Ketamine treatments. Very friendly and competent nurses each and every visit. They have been nothing but professional for my entire initial… treatment plan/process. A+ in my books.
Great experience with the staff top to bottom. Gabby and Brielle were great in getting me scheduled and making me feel comfortable during the assessment and treatment processes. The nurse Jewel was super empathetic and… understanding of my needs and preferences during treatment. This was new for me and they answered all of my questions and concerns prior to treatment I am 1 month out from my very first infusion and am thrilled with how quickly my depression symptoms have noticeably improved on a day to day basis. I will continue to return for ongoing treatment and I am grateful to now have these services offered close to home.
I definitely recommend this facility and the treatments! It is a clean, calm, and relaxing environment. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable about the treatments, which is very reassuring and I believe has… contributed to the beneficial results. I also appreciate that they try to work with insurance to help make treatments more affordable, because cost was a major concern of mine prior to treatment! I have recommended this clinic to multiple family and friends, and will continue to do so in the future!
The ketamine infusions have been so incredibly helpful for my old traumas and wounding that has haunted me for years. This is the only things that has given me life back. That staff is very kind and compassionate. It… has been 5 weeks since my last infusion and I am still feeling well. I highly recommend . Go in with positive intentions, listen to a ketamine infusion Playlist, journey. Stay open and it helps. It did for me.
