Syntero – Dublin Detox and Rehab Services
Syntero – Dublin is listed as running intensive outpatient and outpatient care. Day programming is scheduled, with evenings spent at home. Anyone unsure which level fits should ask for an assessment rather than choosing from a list, since placement criteria exist precisely to make that judgement.
The record does not show integrated provision, so confirm this if it matters. Medication and talking treatment run together under clinical oversight. Ask what a typical week involves before committing, since the schedule determines whether the program is workable alongside work or family.

Syntero – Dublin Address, Location and Contact Information
The site is at 299 Cramer Creek Court in Dublin, Ohio, 43017. This address falls in Franklin County. The catchment reaches beyond the city itself. The practical question of getting to appointments week after week is worth thinking through at the outset.
Call ahead to confirm directions, parking and what a first appointment involves. Remote appointments may be possible where travel is a barrier. Reception hours vary, so a call that goes unanswered once is worth repeating rather than treating as a dead end.

Syntero – Dublin Reviews and Ratings
A licensing record says what Syntero is permitted to do. Reviews from patients and their families say what treatment in Dublin was like, and those accounts are collected in this section.
I cannot express my gratitude for this company more. I’ve been going here for 3 years. The amount of support, understanding, & empathy has never been matched. It was probably one of my best decisions I’ve ever made to… begin services here & I would recommend it to anyone & everyone.
I have been a patient here for almost ten years, and I feel like the way I’ve been treated has been iffy. Firstly, I have no problems with the clinicians I saw. My NP and Case Manager were good, and they helped me at my… lowest point. My issue is with the front desk and billing. They cancel appointments on me without my permission and don’t tell me until my next appointment. They also refused to change my name in their system, despite it being legally changed. I had to self-pay because they wouldn’t use my legal name, and they also sent me to get lab work under my old name, which as a non-binary individual was very crappy of them to do. This place advertises as a “safe space” for queer people, but they don’t act like it
Im a patient at syntero for years. The councilors are wonderful. I have a very good one. But as far as case management it isnt. It needs work on . I would get someone and then they would go to another job. I really… needed case management i need help with things. Hopefully in the future things will get better
My son had a great experience with frank, when we went back for family therapy, and she laughed in our face, it was a lil awkward. I understand we are all human but therapist are starting to feel like a joke. Thank God… for people like frank who take people problems serious and professional.
My experience with Syntero involved repeated non-responsiveness and delays, including time-sensitive communication related to a custody/parenting matter. I also have documentation showing inconsistent/selective… responsiveness, which raised serious concerns about neutrality and professionalism. Even after I provided written proof of inaccuracies, Syntero did not correct/update records, which can impact custody-related review. I’m also concerned the grievance process lacks independence because leadership appears to review grievances internally. If you’re involved in custody issues, request your full record and review everything closely.
It sometimes feels like Syntero assumes everyone is part of or focused on the LGBTQ community. I think they should provide a wider range of perspectives and make sure all clients feel equally included and supported, no… matter their background or beliefs.
Awesome people. They care about you. I will tell my friends and family about they.
I’ve been a patient here for several years, I’ve had three different therapists in this time, and two psychiatrists. I have nothing but good things to say about the whole operation. I’ve experienced more personal growth… since starting therapy with Syntero, than I had in 15 years of prior therapy. I definitely recommend trying these guys, if you’re in need of this type of service.
It is quite clear that they are not interested in helping the patient get better, they offer bread crumbs to get you to return. I asked several times for specific treatment and was given several excuses. Eventually I… just went to another facility. If you are interested in group therapy they offer DBT classes. This is not my choice for individual therapy.
I have been seeing counselors and psychiatrists for the past 10 years. I am extremely happy with the diagnosis, medications and care they have given me to lead a better life.
I’ll start by saying Sarah is amazing this review is a complaint on Syntero as a whole. First, their billing department never gets back with you. It’s like you just have to pick a random day and time to call and hope… someone answers. They’ve sent me incorrect statements before as well. Secondly, I understand you sign a paper about missing appointments, however night shift sometimes makes it hard for me to keep appts. So I got discharged from services. Which makes me feel in my opinion that my mental health doesn’t matter because I missed appointments. But what about the people who are depressed and miss appointments do they just get tossed aside as well. I could understand if someone made three appointments and missed three appointments in the row but if they’re spread out, why does it matter so much? Maybe that also is an issue on my part but I just think that You shouldn’t get tossed aside for missing some appointments.
Contacted them about getting connected with a therapist and was told verbatim they "do not have any openings and do not know when they will." I asked about a waitlist and was told they don't keep one. Syntero received… over 1.8 million dollars for a PPP loan that was forgiven. They haven't scaled back their advertising at all, yet they have no actual mental health services to offer.
Syntero has the friendliest staff and are so willing to go above and beyond to help their patients. Mental health help is definitely needed and such a shortage of great healthcare providers. We have been coming here for… almost 6 months and would highly recommend it to others. Not all problems can be easily resolved or cured with medication but the combination of therapy and a patients efforts can lead to success. It take two people to work together and communicate.
Was with this company 2 times. First time was pre covid and I got alot of help until me myself stopped engaging as much with my social worker. Second time I really wanted help. It was as if they wouldn't help unless I… got on medication and saw a psychiatrist even though I just wanted therapy. After my social worker quit and moved on my case was moved but I didn't get anyone to reach out. Then I finally reached out when I started to get bad again . I had a meeting after getting connected with a third social worker. Was supposed to get into therapy and counseling but was never contacted. Not once after the meeting. Even though she says she checks in weekly. Maybe I seemed fine so she didn't take me as a priority. I'm not sure. But overall would not recommend this company as my social worker quit and it seemed as no one after cared or maybe the work load was too much. Either way, I need help and took the time to get it but was never given the same. It's already hard to reach out when you have a problem. I just thought I could start to get on the right track. Seems to be a high turn over rate and not alot of attention or effort given to connect to us the people who need help. It's just sad when someone who finally reaches out for help gets shafted or pushed aside like they mean nothing. I'll get the help I need and so will you. Maybe just not with this company.
There's good people there who help !
Assigned me to my brothers therapist without checking prior to setting up the appointment, and then proceeded to call me last minute (the day before) about a different therapist who had an opening. other than that,… complete radio silence. the care i have received, or lack of, is ridiculously inefficient and not suitable for the services offered. if you’re looking for therapy or medication management, it’s best to find it somewhere else.
The people at the front desk have always been very nice, but they have a horrible billing department. I had to make several calls to get things fixed on their end, and then when I finally thought it was done and I had… made all of the extra payments necessary, I get another bill. When I called to get it fixed, she wasn’t very kind about the issue. Edit: as for therapists, I never really got comfortable with mine, and she did not have great availability. Then she left after her only being my therapist for a year. I understand that people leave so I hope she’s in a great place where she is happy, but it also doesn’t bode well that many people have complained about their doctors leaving, too.
I enjoy going to this place. They really try and help you. Not just medicate you up and such. Very clean, friendly, warm environment. Love the staff..I would tell everyone to go to them they are wonderful.
Decent place, very nice case management employees. Comfortable environment, Dr. is very kind and understanding.
idk why the reviews are so bad :-( i love syntero
I have had nothing but an amazing experience here.
Was receiving great PTSD treatment, however when I refused to go on A'bill'afy, I was accused of being drunk and on heroin. Had to call my legal representative just to get out of the building with my wife present. I… would never recommend this place even to my worst enemy.
