My experience with Ms. Nazario has helped me clarify issues that have changed my life. I have recommended her services to several friends. She is compassionate and kind.
I have been seeing Juanita over one year. She is amazing, she cares. This has been the issue I have seen with most therapist, that they don’t care but she does. She has a lot of compassion for people and is available… when I have needed her. I definitely recommend her.
I was referred to this women by another therapist in the area who couldn’t take me because of my insurance. Upon calling Juanita, she answered with an attitude and truly lacked compassion. She answered “How can I help… you?” She never said hello, never even explained where I was calling so I didn’t even know if I had the right number. I had to ask if this was her and she couldn’t really Hear me so that made her even more mad. She laughed when I asked if this was a good time and if this was her office phone. After she laughed sarcastically She asked “How could she help me” again rudely and at that point I said, “You know what never mind” and I hung up. What kind of therapist does this to clients that call? What if I was in a crisis? Wow. I was looking to be helped with postpartum issues I was having but thank God I never went to this lady. I will never refer anyone to her and I let the person who referred me know that this therapist lacked compassion and to not refer anyone else to her. I never became a client of hers obviously.
