The office staff doesn't answer the phone ever

Sometimes it is hard to get ahold of staff, and starting out here wasn’t the easiest, but all the more worth it. I’ve been seeing therapists and a psychiatrist through family solutions for I’d say 2 years now, and once… you’re hooked up with the right people things do start to actually come together. Trust the process. It’s hard to be patient when your mental health is on the fritz, but family solutions has proved to be worth sticking to.

My regular therapist is great! However the doctor who prescribes medicine, Mr. Mathias O. Ologbosele, was extremely rude to me. I wanted to go out on a limp and Finaly get medicine for my anxiety.. This was our first… interaction and I do not feel comfortable speaking with him again. I did not have good service but you could tell he was already aggravated when he logged on. I’m not sure what kind of day he was having but that kind of treatment towards me was unnecessary :(

The staff is caring, friendly, and kind. Our family has used Caroline, Hailey, and Stephanie. All 3 counselors have been invested in and helped our family. Thank you!!!

I’ve been with TFSolutions for about a year. Abe is my therapist and I’m finally in the right hands with him. I came in pretty depressed and angry. I see Abe once a week and I feel great and balanced to do more and not… be a recluse Thank you Abe for everything you are more helpful and caring more than you think. TY Peter

Same as the others, spoke to two people, gave them all my information and no calls, thanks for that. Guess they don't need our business. I spoke to one receptionist and then to Izzy Hein. Hopefully this isn't a scam… because they ask for everything, social, birthday and you have to send in a copy of your driver's license. Terrible service for people who need mental health help. Don't bother.

Have made successful referrals over the years and I appreciate reports of friendly and prompt handling of clients.

Like another person if I could give it zero stars I would. I called and spoke with Ruth and was told someone would call me back. No one ever did. So I called again and left a message for Ruth. No call. Then I called and… left a message for Lisa Antoshka. She never called back. So I left another message for Lisa. Still no call. Don't even bother with this place. Just find somewhere else to go.

No one answers the phone nor do they call you back. Irritating!

A cookie cutter facility. Not all that great for mental help. Look online for self education or go join a community with what you suspect.

Total Family Solutions lives up to their mission statement. They have very skilled therapists who take great pride in what they do. The office staff is great and ready to help you any way they can. They get you… scheduled with the earliest appointment and make sure your therapy needs are met. Debbie (Vineland) has such a great presence about her, which will make your time at TFS memorable! Highly recommend.

Excellent, prompt services. Staff is welcoming and counselors genuinely care.
