Maryville Inc – Williamstown Detox and Rehab Services
The provision listed at Maryville Inc – Williamstown is detox and residential treatment. The withdrawal stage is clinically observed, which is what makes it safer than stopping alone. The right level of care is a clinical judgement rather than a preference, and an assessment should produce a defined answer.
The listing records a single focus rather than combined treatment, so anyone needing both should confirm what is available. Medication-assisted treatment combines approved medication with counseling and clinical review. Maryville Inc – Williamstown Reviews and Ratings
Patient reviews of Maryville Inc cover ground that official records leave out, from the admissions call to aftercare planning. Read them in this section alongside reviews gathered from around the web.
Today is the 2nd time they said they would take my sister then called back an hour later and took it back. They claimed she had the wrong insurance, which she doesn't, then refused to answer calls for the last 2 hours.… They picked up once and left it on speaker while they were talking about BLTs and laughing. I get that this is business and it's here to make money, not help people, but blatantly ignoring or making fun of people trying to get help is wild. And the crazy thing is every state program recommends Maryville first and foremost. Just insane, when it's Friday and they close at 4. Not sure if thus was for Williamstown or other facility. But it's ridiuclous
My name is Francisco colon. This place is great. Came in for detox. Stayed the full 28 days. The staff and nurses was amazing and the food was great! You can smoke cigarettes there and there’s nurses 24/7
They are great. Help you with no insurance, methadone. All kind of circumstances. Kind, good people.
My overall experience at Maryville was Amazing, From start the Staff where Great In the Detox to the residence unit nurse's to Dave, Christian ,Jaz ,Jay where super involved in day to day 12+ hrs a day keeps different… ways to show compassion an tools for myself an patient's to learn to live a life of sobriety. From our roll calls to or groups breaks an meals they put so much effort in to making the best Experience we all have To my counselor Amber who helped me Decide my best movement after care with Maryville was Amazing given her case load of others I'm sure who consume much of the day as well . I'm only disappointed on way I left an time. Of day due too me not receiving my completion certificate from staff already gone for the day,Also Mr. E who is also Amazing with Being apart of everything regarding Maryville So im Greatful to each an every worker who gives there all each day to make us seaking a better way of living with each one of us..I pray the best for everyone who Blesses there Greatness @Maryville..Thank you to Everyone who helped in my Recovery.im at day 10/+2 since leaving an I'm doing good with tools I was given at this facility..I'm also reach out to counselor regarding my completion certificate though That means a lot to me regarding my Recovery ..For me I give Maryville 5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Stars With how I feel about each worker at this facility..Thank you from Bottom of my heart🙏🏼
Such a horrible experience....I left my id and debit card along with a few other items in my methadone lock box because I thought that would be a safe spot for those items. When I left I was told I couldn't open it… until I was off premises so when I left the location and got home over an hour away I noticed all my items missing. About a week went by and I contacted them about picking it up and they said yes they had all my items so the day before I had a job orientation to start work because I have bills that need to be paid I drove over an hour to get there just to be told they couldnt find them all of a sudden and they would call me. Since then I have called and emailed every single day for over a week and I can't get ahold of a single person so I leave my number and a brief message every time and never get a call back or an update. I cannot start work without my id and nothing should've been removed from my lock box. The place is an absolute joke and while I was there I heard horror stories of people not getting there phones and other items back when leaving and then it magically goes missing altogether. 0/10 would never recommend any Maryville location
Best place aside from Discovery Institute, if your in recovery this place is a gem.
Had some ok moments. But mostly it was grown teenage women being cliquey, trying to be the loudest one in the room, cross-talking, and interrupting group with stories that have nothing to do with the topic at hand. You… can only have 1 phone call home if you’re in detox. Man I needed a phone call home every night after dealing with the unruliness of this facility. But they were very strict about attending group. As long as your body was in that day room (which was about 50° or less at all times - wear your coats and bring your blankets), you could sleep there, they don’t care. They just need to account for your presence so they can get paid for saying you were there. I did meet a few wonderful friends. And the counselors, CITS, and nurses were very compassionate under the circumstances. It’s clear they work very hard. But the memories of possibly going back to Maryville are enough to keep me sober. So I guess thanks?
I highly recommend Maryville to anyone who is seeking treatment for drugs or alcohol. They have saved my life and I can't thank them enough for that. From the wonderful ladies in admissions, the nurses who care and… loved each one of the clients and the outstanding CIA's who go above and beyond their job duties to help us with whatever we needed, and the counselors who show love and understanding to each individual girls there. Miss Denise and Miss Sherri- I will never forget how much you both have done for me. I will never forget you and im so happy to have you wonderful ladies there for the woman coming in. They don't ever treat you as a druggie but as a equal with so much love and understanding. They know what it's like to be where we were before seeking treatment and genuinely want to see everyone of the girls make it. I will be back in 2 years to tell my story. Thank you all so much for being on my side and wanting us to make it. I love you all so much and have the utmost respect for all of you.
I did the 28 day inpatient treatment. My experience was outstanding! My counselor, Gia, was a perfect "fit" & was extremely knowledgeable. The CIT staff were all helpful & understanding as well as provided fun… activities. The only problem I experienced was the meals not always being warm however the food was great. I highly recommend anyone who wants to get clean & sober to go there...it's changed my life. Thank you Maryville-Williamstown/Kell Womens unit.
Worst ppl on earth...never go here...youre treated like an animal
I went to this detox and rehab several times and they always accepted me back and let me keep trying to get myself clean a year and a half ago I went to their pemberton campus which is not the best of places but I made… due and I’ve been clean a little over 18 months now so I don’t think it’s ever the rehab because I’ve been literally everywhere just has to do with if the persons willing to put in the work to make the best of the place they can get in get as much out of it and not go back out and use so you don’t ever have to be in an uncomfortable place like detox and rehab rehab and detox isn’t supposed to be comfortable and with how a lot of these places are they make it so comfortable people want to keep coming back but this place not only was my counselor great but the techs were great and went above and beyond to make sure that I was fed if I was too sick to get up and go to any meal and made sure I was up for my smoke break I owe Merryville my life because I’d probably be dead if they didn’t get me extensions and set me up for my mat treatment for when I left. Thank you Merryville for helping me get back to where I needed to be I owe you guys big time
I would like to thank the entire staff at the Williamstown location for being there! This experience was very hard for me and even harder to stay and complete. However, I did complete, Thankfully! The CITs, nurses,… counselors, administrators, and in the kitchen (good food) were there each and every time I needed to talk to someone. Helping me find peace within that moment. Thank you all! (In no particular order) 😎 Mr E, Jake, Dante, Eboney, Dr. Garcia, Derek, Tay, James, Artavia, Christina, Jazz, Carmen, Tameka, Jodi, June, Juan, Kyrbee, Bri, and the all the rest I missed thank you!!!
I arrived on Sunday & left today Monday 2/6/23 . I had enough of the drama on my unit & at lunch today I lost my cool stormed back to my unit & spoke to Erica the nurse ( who you all need more of ) my dietary needs were… not being met nor addressed I am still recovering from acute pancreatitis. I would like to thank Barb , Melinda, Jess , Lexi & Bria for helping me & realizing that IOP is far more geared towards me. Plus being on the ASD it really hurt that nobody was understanding of how I felt . I left AMA because of the unit drama & the drama was not conducive to my mental & physical health & I could have ended up at Jefferson Health Washington Twp. possibly having my colonoscopy & endoscopy done & being hospitalized with very high blood pressure & blood sugars . I’m also surprised that you all still allow patients to smoke that’s replacing one addiction with another. By the way please don’t give your patients sugary snacks because that creates more problems. Otherwise my experience there was pretty much decent & given the way I left I seriously believe that I was doing what was necessary for my physical & mental health. You could stand some improvements & some sensitivity training. I studied addictions, psychology & ASL in 2001 ten credits shy of graduating. So I basically know how to make use of what I learned from there . I appreciate your help & hopefully one day I some years down the road I will visit & show my appreciation for the help that you gave me. Thank you for having me for a short stay.
This place was and still is a blessing for me. This was my first time in a place like this and it was a very positive experience. I can not say enough positive things about the cit's and Maryville in a whole. I was… treated with respect from everyone there. I feel as though they go above and beyond for there clients. They give you all the tools you need to be successful apone leaving and I'm very thankful for that. It is how anything is in life you will only get out of it what you put in to it and that being said I got more than words can say out of it, but that is because I chose to make it that way. I want to thank Maryville and all the cit's / counslers there you guys have saved my life and I will forever be thankful to you all. Big shout out to a few people who deserve honorable mentions as they went above and beyond for me and everyone around them. First is Derek and Tay they work over night and we're always a ray of sunshine when they came in. Mr E is the most down to earth man and super understanding. He is very protective of his clients and it shows in his all around character. Also the cit June bug ( Jesus) he has a great grasp on recovery he helped me in more ways then I can say. Last but far from least is the A team of nurses barb and Julie these two nurses gave me all the respect a man can ask for. Always there to awnser my questions and go over my meds or really anything I ever asked. They definitely are the A team of nurses there.. Thank you all and thank you Maryville you have made me a true believer in recovery and set me up for a positive sober life.. Thank you all!!!
The next time I fall off my rocker I wanna go there
I highly recommend Maryville Williamstown. I was treated very well and learned so much while I was there. They have a very good facility and provide you all of the tools necessary for recovery. The staff was extremely… nice, down to earth and very helpful especially C.I.T Jodi. She was extremely helpful, thoughtful, went out of her way to help everyone in every way possible and her passion as a counselor was unmatched. Jodi and the other counselors don't get enough credit for all of their hard work at the facility. I couldn't recommend both Jodi and Maryville for getting the help you need in a healthy environment they worked wonders for me
Not a bad place if u want to get clean
This is hands down the best place I've ever been to. The counselors and employees are great. Also the food is so good better than any other rehab I have gone to.The Chef prepares the best tasting food. A special thanks… to Jazzy jazz- absolutely amazing - she really treated me well..She motivated me to start writing poems again as well as Ms Sherry. my couseor Ashley was very helpful and she really cares. I am now in the outpatient program which was set up by Maryville and I am happy and that peace. There's ANGELS surrounding this place😇😇
Worst place ever don’t go ‼️‼️‼️
I just left Maryville today. I think that the culture in a lot of these rehabs are changing. Most of them are in it just for the money. Plus, some are very lazy and selfish,"Speaking of some Counselors." Well I can only… speak on mine. But over all it's a great place, but the Counselors in Changing doesn't get any credit. So thanks to y'all for making my stay as pleasant as it was..
I have been in and out of this treatment center numerous times, but they always welcomed me back with open arms. Now I’m able pay it forward and take someone so precious to me here to start their journey. I had to do a… drop off and a man Kirby helped me and was just so kind. It’s little things. Kirby & the rest of the Maryville family thank you so much for never giving up on me and taking care to my loved one! I can’t express my gratitude enough. 🙏 ♥️
I just called to get into detox and Katie answered, she was so kind, caring and patient with me as I complained about my cptsd, agoraphobia and fear of coming into detox. She made me feel much more comfortable and… confident in the facility, I've had bad experiences with rehabs in the past so I’m really skeptical, I need to be in a place where I feel safe. Katie’s empathy and non-judgmental personality honestly made me feel hopeful, for the first time in a long time. Actually, I am excited. Thank you Katie 🙏
It’s help. Take it however you can get it. Jazmine was my favorite CTI, if she ever sees this somehow - thank you for putting your heart into your job.
I am appreciative of my time at Maryville despite so many mistakes throughout the departments. Some staff cared and others didn’t. Nursing tried sometimes but it was clear they didn’t like their jobs.CITs were… indifferent as some followed the rules and some didn’t. The structure on the weekends wasn’t really a structure. However, my counselor Christina was very helpful. I stayed longer than I anticipated bc she spent a lot of extra time letting me vent and process my feelings. We went through a lot of emotions and understanding. If not for her I would have left treatment sooner. Everyone needs to learn how to work together or the place will fall apart if it hasn’t already.
I would have given 0 if it was an option. My husband has been there and not even allowed to make a phone call to me Our daughter is having some serious issues due to her dad's use and this place is denying her the… chance to talk n to her dad. Shame on maryville. Obviously don't care about the family's that are left behind to pick up the pieces. Amber is his counselor and she has yet to return my calls. Update thank God he's leaving this awful place today. He spent 4 weeks there and was allowed 2 phone calls. They didn't help him with anything. This rehab should be a shamed of themselves. I hope they never have a family member struggling. Better yet I hope they are sent here .
Hello all you beautiful people 💖... I'm coming up on a year of sobriety!!! The best decision I ever made was walking in those doors... everyone there will always have a deep place in my heart and soul... Rachel you… rock! thank you to each and everyone of you for what you do... life is fabulous.
So I was in this place it started good then went bad fast . Right after my intake the take my over to the men’s residential I met my first CTI he brings to my room and gives me a Schedule for day to meetings and tells… me that I will Figure it out. I have no idea Where to go in the building. That a nice Introduction of how the place is running. Counselors leave their computer on In the program that is running the medical and leave the room “I WONDER WHO THAT COULD BE HER INITIALS ARE K.C.” someone could or have access to everyone one medical record or there own. Plus on top of that she would avoid answering questions I would ask I have witnesses and their phone numbers they Where kindly Enough to give me them So when you lie about me make sure that I didn’t have anyone else around. It happen a few times after the first time she avoided the question I also ask to see my medical records again she would not show them to me so I ask in front of the small group so I have Witnesses she still would not . So now I going to request them by mail. Any counselor that say it better to lose everything and start over is crazy . Again Counselor K.C. Plus I hope Maryville didn’t bill my insurance for when I was in the hospital. And from sitting and watching you learn a lot it Seems to be that recovery court client are Separate from regular clients why wouldn’t they not mix them with regular clients in small groups. My hole group was all recovery court and parole clients? “That so they no how they can control you” P.S. PEOPLE WHO ARE ON SSI,SSDI,OR SSD CAN NOT GOTO A HALFWAY HOUSE LOOK IT UP. I ALSO CONTACT DMHSA, OMBUDSMAN , AND THE DMAHS FOR THE STATE OF NEW JERSEY THEY WHERE VERY INTERESTED IN WHAT ELSA I HAD TO SAY I LEAVE IT AT THAT. I RECOMMEND THAT YOU DO NOT GO THERE THERE ARE BETTER PLACES THEN THERE The amount of people that leave AMA Against medical advice is amazing in one day on a friday in October there was 5 really 5 and everyday at least one . That should be enough for the state to come to take a look that why I going to my senator and congress person with the video that that "IT" sent me . It nice to know that they was a few people that care about people there
