When we walked in, we felt as if we had just interrupted ladies gossipfest and that it was a problem. When I presented the front desk lady with my facilities paperwork, there was an immediate shift in her demeanor. At… first she couldn't be bothered to actually show me the door I needed to go through to get to the paperwork lady, but eventually scoffed, rolled her eyes, and snidely says, "Here, I'll just bring you over there." It's as if seeing the Facility Name gave pre-judgment on the kiddo and made them feel equally as uncomfortable. When the appointment was made through our facility, there was no mention of alternate paperwork needed. Luckily the paperwork lady was much kinder than the front desk lady and got me everything I needed for my facility.

The staff are really Nice and friendly. The councilor listens without judgement and is Awesome. Dr. Jordan the chiropractor is very helpful and the dental team is up front and honest with you they also make sure you… understand everything that needs to be done and we can't forget Molly the Human resources gal she is awesome.

From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel respected and comfortable. They are very nice about helping you understand everything they're doing and what you need. Dr. Oien is my chiropractor and he's such a… pleasure to visit with and he's fantastic at what he does. Incredibly friendly and professional. Such a blessing to find this place for care because its my #1 go-to now!

The staff is amazing! From the front desk to the dental office! They work extremely hard to make sure that their clients are well cared for and able to get ALL of their dental needs met. They deserve to be recognized,… especially Devin, Michelle, Dr.Neja, Chloe and Angie! Thank you for being wonderful to me and my family, especially my mom!!

Dr. Oien came highly recommended when my options became too limited in Minnesota. I wasn't getting results, answers, and nor the relief I needed from other Chiropractors. I made the commitment to drive to North Lakes… Community Clinic in Turtle Lake. I was beyond impressed with Dr.Oien's abilities as a Chiropractor . My questions were answered, and my expectations were greatly exceeded. I'm grateful that I was able to see him!

Dr. Jordan is the areas best hidden treasure for Chiropractic Care and professionalism. I’ve been going to chiropractors for nearly 40 years, and with one around every corner it almost inevitably turns into a line of… people getting the exact same adjustments and out the door. Dr. Jordan is different. My family of 7 has been going to him for the passed 3 years or so. Dr. Jordan and his staff truly care for their patients and each person’s unique needs and circumstances. From scheduling with Devyn, to interacting with Tera, and treatments from Dr. Jordan A+. I’ve been seen by nearly 30 chiropractors in my days, with many crack pots and snake oil salesmen among them, Dr. Jordan and his staff are near the top of the best of the best quality, concern and care. We thank God for putting Dr. Jordan in our path, we go to him before anyone with the care for our family. We pray that he does not fall into the trap that somehow says getting more customers in and out the doors somehow constitutes a successful practice. On the contrary here, Dr. Jordan cares and takes the time to prove it. 100% recommended. Blessings from God.

Dr. Neha Solanki is the best dentist I have ever had. Her work is of a very high level. I recently had two difficult fillings replaced by Dr. Solanki and they look and feel great. Not only does she take the extra time… to give you the best smile possible, she is calming and communicates very well with patients and her team. My review is beyond 5 stars.

Dr. Neha has been absolutely phenomenal. She has been there for me in-between appointments, sooths my anxiety, very patient, and one of the most kind human beings I've met. The staff is all compassionate, and the… assistants are confident and reassuring.

I recently visited the Dr Jordan and his team for a chiropractic adjustment and the entire process was seamless! The staff is super friendly and Dr Jordan listened to my concerns and was very professional. The clinic is… clean and conveniently located just behind the new Kwik Trip in Turtle Lake. Dr.Neha is an amazing dentist, I have extreme anxiety, and she ALWAYS makes sure that I am as comfortable and secure as she can, and then proceeds to provide the best possible dental care that she can, which is pretty… remarkable, because of her, I can smile without fear. So Blessed to be a Patient at the TL NLCC. Dr. Mafiz is my Dentist he is an Outstanding Dentist- He Really Cares about his patients and it shows!! The Entire Staff should be Highly Commended for there Kind and Caring… ways with the Patients. From the Dental Techs, the Dental Secretary to the Front Office Staff they are Amazing. Totally awesome, I could tell my dentist really cared about me and my choices and made sure i was well informed. The dental assistant even loaned her phone to my baby whole i had a tooth removed. Awesome team, i will be… back again

Daughter went in today to get work done on her upper teeth and walked out with a lower tooth cracked by the dentist...and get this!!!!!! The dentist tried to fix it and now it's crooked and he said that he won't fix it… until December 6th and it's November 14th unbelievable do not go here do not I will be bringing her to another dentist and they will be paying for her work that needs to be done this is negligence on their part

Once checked in its a very short wait until your called.Dr. Mafiz… is very knowledgeable and informative. I am a new patient with the dental clinic and it has been a great experience so far. Everyone I've dealt with in the dental clinic, e.g., the women at the font desks, the dental hygienists, and Dr. Neha have been so… sweet and helpful! If I could give this place negative stars it would get minus five, Dr. Neha talks down to you, doesn't listen just goes and makes appointments with dentist in another part of the state. Reception made it seem like I was… on the their time and couldn't be bothered. Never going back¡!!

I love the staff here: kind, thorough, and follow-up. They ask great questions and keep patients on the forefront even during trying times. Great at scheduling, call reminders, and assist with filling the headache… paperwork of insurance if someone needs it. They really good above and beyond or rather what should be the respect and dignity a person is given when taking care of their body. I wish more clinics had such great approaches.

I go there almost every week for the chiropractor. Great service in my experience, they have been understanding when needing to cancel/reschedule appointments. The automated phone at the beginning of calls has made it… easier to get someone than it was before.
