I have been one of Ms. Courtney Sower’s patients for almost a year, she is great and I would definitely recommend her to a friend.

There aren’t enough words to describe how amazing Kimberly Daniels DNP is. I really wanted to end my life. But she actually took the time and listened to me, talked to me, encouraged me, and finally got me on the right… meds. My life has DRASTICALLY changed. For the first time I see a future for myself. I will stay with Dr.Daniels until she retires!

*Read Before You Schedule an Appointment * I was referred to this clinic late last year. I got stuck with a psychiatrist who could careless about me and/or my mental health issues and situation. It took her months to… prescribe medication and when she finally did, she attempted to take me off of medication unrelated to mental health of which I have been on for over 20 years. Everytime I would try to tell her about my mental health diagnosis and concerns she would interrupt me and tell me I was wrong and even stated that I was lying. I have two friends who have dealt with other psychiatrists at this location who had even worse horror stories about other psychiatrists at Sagent behavioral health in Green Bay. It took awhile after my first appointment to get medication and when I finally did she tried to stop many of my current medications I have been on consistently for over 20 years. So fair warning if you want adequate and effective treatment for your mental health I highly recommend choosing a different business entirely than Sagent Behavioral health and Nystrom and associates. Unless you want to be cut off of all your medications and be not heard and not cared about...I sincerely hope those who do choose Sagent behavioral health do not commit suicide because the psychiatrist could care less about their patients.

My therapist is truly amazing! I’ve only been to a few sessions so far but I already feel very comfortable with her. The front desk ladies are also extremely nice, both of them have been very helpful and make my… experience there even more comfortable!

I was in the zoom waiting room at my appointment time, tried to get ahold of scheduling 15 minutes after to figure out where the provider was, and received a call from the provider 25 after to say it was too late and I… had missed the appointment. Provider was dismissive and hung up on me. If she had my number, why not call BEFORE it's past the appointment time?

The therapist never cared about what my fiancé had to say, kind of treated him like he was a checkbox on a list. He never listened or tried to understand him. He was absolutely no help and not even 3 days later it was 1… day and some hours he saw him at 10am Wednesday and he was gone Friday morning by 7am he committed suicide. We called saying he passed away and the receptionist acted like it was just another day we asked to have the card removed and she said she needed to talk to billing billing did it and than she asked if we still wanted to cancel his appt in November. Just so heartless.

Going through a hard phase in life and therapy has been the best decision to help my mental health. Life can be challenging so having help guide me to be a better version of myself is beneficial. I’d recommend Nystrom &… Associates to anyone.

Absolutely amazing! For the first time I have a provider that actually cares and takes me seriously. I see two providers through Nystrom and both are great. I highly recommend this place up and down. I see one provider… virtually which I wasn’t sure about at first but, it really works out great. It’s just like in person just over your mobile or computer device. Again, if you’re thinking of looking into this practice, don’t give it a second thought and contact them today!

I've only had 2 appointments with my current therapist "Stephanie". These are TELEHEALTH visits, that I'm not all that comfortable with. However I am getting more comfortable with Stephanie's help.

They are fantastic but I wish they can give out gift cards for joining them and birthday gifts please
