Absolutely no sense of urgency. I have lost two jobs over this place making me late. Its unfair to have to choose between your job or your life saving medication. They dont care at all.

They saved my life!!! If it wasn't for Oklahoma Treatment Services, more than likely I wouldn't be here today to say that they saved my life on more ways than I could even begin to start to say!!! They worked with me… when i first started coming here 9 months ago with my meds and they didn't even have to!! This place actually genuienly cares about each individual patient and they make sure that everything is working correctly during your treatment here at Oklahoma Treatment Services!!!!! I recommend this place to anyone that needs help cuz this place will save their life too!!! Hands down, by far, this is the # 1 absolute best place for outpatient treatment in this part of Oklahoma!!!

They are always quick to help with any issues rather issues transportation or payments even mental health services. I have been fortunate to have a great therapist to help me work through my problems and hold me… accountable. With Thanksgiving coming up, it made me think about last year. How they took their own time and money to make a dinner for all the patients. It was many of their only dinner for thanksgiving and I really saw the joy on their faces. It truly shows how much they care and how far they will go to help. I wanna thank them very much!!

If you can do to any other methadone clinic DO IT. this one is ran horribly. The right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. Sherri the lady up front has no clue how to do her job. You'll go meet with your case… worker, come back out in the waiting room, ask her to check you in and she'll forget. So after 20 minutes have passed and you still haven't dosed youll ask her again and she'll say "oh I forgot" now there's 6 other people ahead of you. Not to mention the director Deanna is as incompetent as they come. I have no idea how she got the job. All she does is lie straight to your face and then talk crap about you once you leave the building. The doctor is rarely there, and she's no prize either. Not to mention the majority of people have to meet with their caseworker when they come in (THERES ONLY ONE) so you got a wait for everyone to go back there and talk to her, then you have to talk to her first before you dose. You can get there at 4:30 and be first in line and somehow be the tenth person to dose and not even dose until 6am!! This is due to Sherri not checking people in like I said earlier. The other closest methadone clinics are in Ardmore, mead, and OKC. i cannot stress this to you enough if you can go to a different place, DO IT! it cost $14 a day here, in OKC it's $10, in mead, ard Ardmore its $10.25. I promise you it's worth the drive. Also don't be surprised if one day after months of going you randomly have a couple hundred dollar balance even though you have insurance. It hasn't happened to me YET but it's probably going to happen any day now. DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU CAN HELP IT. one last thing don't get attached to any of the staff. The turnover rate here in unreal. The only people that stay are the ones that absolutely suck. Everyone good leaves because they don't get paid enough to put up with the BS.

I have been going here over a year ( getting close to 2), and even though they have been going through a LOT of staff changes, they are always eager to help and listen. They are recovering addicts themselves ( well I… think most of the staff are), so they truly understand and want to help you. The Director, Deanna, is truly AMAZING!! Thank y'all for all of your help and support. I know I would not still be clean if it wasn't for Rightway Medical. I had the want to get clean and they gave me the tools I needed. Most other clinics if you relapsed more than twice they would kick you out of the program. But they don't. I'm not saying go there if you want to keep messing up, I'm saying the understand that relapse is part of the recovery process and they do not judge you, or punish you for it. They help you process and heal and work through it. If you are truly ready to get clean and are tired of living the "cycle" then call or visit them!!

This place has helped me in so many ways it easily has saved my life. For anyone thinking about starting methadone help just go for it. Dont over think it, just give it a try because I promise it's safer than whatever… drug your abusing, for however long you've been using. For me, I wasn't just killing myself, my family was suffering from my addiction to opiates too. This place works! They won't kick you out either if you relapse on accident. They are very very caring and so cool about tending to your specific needs and reminding you how special you are. 🥰💜💙💯 Ok so they open at 5:00 am and quit dosing at 11:00 am ... they also do U/A tests but they will NOT kick you out if your positive it's only because its federally funded so they kinda have to do U/A's I guess but I like to think of it as a way to hold me accountable and make sure I stay clean with only methadone in my system. They do take Medicade or Medicare..if you don't have insurance you can self pay and it's $11.00 per day. You can pay in advance like a week ahead so you don't have to worry about paying every day. I think 1 week was $175.00 or close to it but boy howdy it's worth it... and saved me alot of money. Way cheaper than what I spent in 1 week on my doc. )

I've been going here since February 21 2018. Its an amazing program, if you're doing it for the right reasons. The staff is amazing. When I first got there Brian ran the place and he was amazing .Suzanne now runs it and… shes just as great. Erika, the nurse is really good to. They go above and beyond for their patients. They've helped me so much over the last year. I'm not sure where I'd be in life without them. If you are suffering from addiction and want to get CLEAN come here and talk to them. It is worth your time, I promise .
