The front desk is slow
Wonderful people! Saved me when I was in crisis. Christy Goforth is the best! She made me feel comfortable from the start and I haven’t looked back since! The last year of my life has been a blessing and I am grateful… for the staff here!!
My son has/had an appointment here. I have been calling for two weeks and have left SEVERAL voicemails and NOBODY has responded. My son started new medication and I hate that we have had questions and experiences since… taking it and I can’t get anybody to call me back. As a mother, I would like providers to respond to their patients.

They have so much patience with me and my sister. Very good place to go.
Terrible customer service . I went first for a consultation which was a webcam visit and then they say I need to come back in 2 weeks for a med appt . They charge me for both times but the 1st time accepted Discover for… payment and next time say they don't accept Discover and the 1st time was a mistake . No one told me this prior to my appt and that was my only form of payment due to my debit card being lost. I asked if I could be billed and pay next visit and they say no and that I'd have to reschedule . They obviously don't care at all about your mental health when they're willing to put off your problems for weeks over 50$ and their mistake of no communication about accepted payment forms . Don't waste your time here !!!
