Brandee Jones, Sherrod, Bernard, George, is the reason why these disorders are not healing. Yusuff would let me hear Gospel music. The rest made me have anxiety because they didn't have the right professional skills to… work and handle people with the love of God like Yusuff. I appreciate Kristen though she tried a lot. Brandee Jones don't keep his word. Pray to God for healing not attend here. Jesus win and won.

This is a really grate place for recovery! This was my first time at a recovery facility And the staff Bernard and Ayana and brandee are great people My therapist was Deveic And they really did take care of me at this… place I wanna thank them so much and I highly recommend it for anybody going through mental health or addiction problems.

Brandee is always on point and so helpful and cares about everyone there! The techs Bernie, George, and Tia made the stay enjoyable! Brad was a great therapist as well! Brad was a great therapist and I got a lot out of… my stay here! Highly recommend!

Wonderful program full of staff that really care!

I just finished a 28 day program here, it's definitely the best program I've done! The staff was excellent the food was excellent and the program is excellent if you are struggling with alcohol or drug use or mental… health issues please don't hesitate contact promises you won't be disappointed.

I learned a lot about the mind, and healing, meditation, the staff was great! The only issues I had was trying to get my loa and disability set up, at times it was a bit of a brain drain, and may have been a bit much,… especially with classes 7 days a week, I feel like there was too much going on, and everything was stretched too far apart, but I have learned so much from here and reframing my thoughts to consider others feelings before responding, I've also learned the true weight of my words, and to be still at times.

I stayed at Promises recently and had a great experience. From the admissions team on the first day to the support all the way up to graduation, the staff was nothing but top notch. Brandee goes above and beyond to make… your stay comfortable. Sherrod, Shannon, Dishi, Ayana, Frankie, Curtis and nurse Kayla were all awesome DHTs. They truly care about you and want to ensure your stay is worth your time. The food is also great and its nice having something different each day. My therapist Devrick was also really good. His energy is contagious and you can see why hes a great therapist. Overall, if you're looking for treatment in DFW, this is the place to go.

This place is amazing. I have never been to a rehab, but I have been to over 15 mental institutions. The staff really cares starting with Brandee who is the director and he was there every day looking out after people -… you never see the director at other places. The food was awesome. The care was great. Special thanks to Ayana (she rocks!), Sherrod, Jennifer, Dishi, Shannon, Rhonda, TJ (the cook), and big thank you to Deverick (the therapist i had). Promises is a top tier rehab / mental health facility in Lewisville Texas. I wish I could give it 100 stars because I’ve been to several rehabs in the past all over the country New York LA and have spent hundreds of… thousands of dollars on treatment …this place is definitely unique and has topped all of them if you want real help that makes a difference in your recovery go to promises. They focus on mental health, trauma, PTSD and strategies to overcome those problems so that you get to the root of your addiction and are able to solve it. The people at Promise like Director of business operations for promises is outstanding and is rooting for you the whole time and making sure that you’re listen to his staff from nurses to text is impeccable 10 out of 10. This is a unique Rehab in the fact that people genuinely care about you here and have incredible therapist Therapists I want to get it right now. Mr. Brandy’s is the best and the Entire staff here will help get you Ready for life outside and a life of recovery and good mental health. I can’t recommend this place enough and I’ve been everywhere so trust me.

this organization is amazing and each person here goes above and beyond. Brandee is so attentive and treats each and every one of us with respect; i couldn't ask for better. Ayana is one of the techs and she is just… spectacular, she too goes above and beyond for all of the residents and always treats us with respect.

Worst place in aftercare ever. The beaurocracy involved to get ,YOUR own records of treatment are unheard of,and an actual violation of the standards governed to protect confidentiality. Staff is rude and crass,with an… air of regality,which should be quite the opposite. In recovery,the client is already in a vulnerable state,and anything else other than sheer compassion should be the cornerstone of the services provided. Again,on the contrary,they would rather the client go through more mental anguish and turmoil,and possibly cause a relapse. Maybe I'm looking at it the wrong way, maybe they're ensuring job security by their actions. Either way, MORALLY,they are wrong, malicious, inadequate,and , and ethically in violation of the purpose of the services provided,or lack there of.

This place has the most compassionate providers Clean facilities and so so kind highly recommend

This was one of the best things I could have ever done for myself and my mental health I learned so much from my therapist Deverick was the BEST , THE STAFF IS AWESOME AND UNDERSTANDING MR. BRANDIE, MS. CHASTITY, MS… BRITTANY, MS. FELICIA ALL OF THE TECHS MR. D, MS T, MS CHANNEL, MR. SHERROD WERE MORE THAN HELPFUL THEY UNDERSTOOD AND THEY GAVE THE BEST SOLUTIONS TO HELP RESOLVE THE ISSUES THAT I HAD, I THANK YOU ALL FOR YOUR LOVE AND COMPASSION OH YEA CAN'T LEAVE OUT MR. ADRIAN . HOPEFULLY I WILL BE WITH YOU GUYS SOON SHARING MY STORY WITH OTHERS AT PROMISES BECAUSE IT WORKS IF YOU WANT IT ALSO IF YOU WORK IT. LOVE YOU GUYS!!!!
