Pyramid Walden LLC – Charlotte Hall Detox and Rehab Services

What Pyramid Walden LLC – Charlotte Hall offers, on record, is detox and residential treatment. Supervised withdrawal comes first, with the greatest danger in the opening seventy-two hours. The right level of care is a clinical judgement rather than a preference, and an assessment should produce a defined answer.

Only one side is on record here, so ask directly if both are needed. Medication-assisted treatment combines approved medication with counseling and clinical review. The weekly time commitment varies considerably between providers, so establish it early rather than after admission.

I wish I could give them zero stars. Kendrick is nothing but a liar. They literally prank called me about 20 times. Just will call my phone and hang up just overall they don’t care about the actual recovery right like… who in the right mind would transfer somebody with less than 10 days left and has already gotten comfortable opened up to the people All over somebody knocking on a window Has any type of heart the director over there? Let me know where it’s at.

La quenta Young what's the biggest help of all! The rest of the staff lied about finding my wallet and keys. They were in an unmarked locker as if to hide them. It took almost a week for them to find it and mail it to… me thanks to her. Crystal, the director lie to me and her own company about having it. The staff doesn't care!

This place is disgustingly gross. The beds are plastic jail mattresses, no pillow was made available to me, roommate used my towel so I needed a new one but they apparently had none available. There is no guidance or… direction as the inmates run this jail. That’s absolutely what it felt like, most of everyone there was a jail transplant ordered to be there by the courts. Girl fights in the hallways, broken crack pipes in the dying machine etc. I’m a college graduate, business owner, and homeowner who checked myself into this place and quickly checked myself out 2 days later. I did not fit in nor did I feel that I would get the adequate help that I desperately needed. I directed myself to Alpas in Laplata and I tell you that I felt as if I left the ghetto and moved to Beverly Hills. Unbelievable difference! Don’t go here unless you have no choice. It’s a disaster and very unprofessional as the staff throws around the F bomb every second of the day as part of their everyday language. Uneducated and unprofessional staff. Don’t know how they got their jobs. The best thing I ever did was to leave when I did.

This place was gross and scary for someone actually trying to get help. Very under staffed. Nurses are judgey. Not actually a doctor on staff. The patients run the place. I had to scream and find staff during fist… fights amongst patients. And then bullied for "telling" like we were 5. The one staff lady/dude had an out right open relationship with the patient. Groups were movies not even relating to the problems we were all there for. This place was such a joke. Zero stars.

My husband just graduated from this program last week. He said they treated him very well. The counselors were great. He said the beds were comfortable and the food was good. He enjoyed seeing the dolphins in the bay… and getting breaks to go outside. If you have to bring clothes you can drive strait to the facility. Just dont make any turns once you get off the exit. My dad and I were perfectly safe during the day.

They have had my mother for over the amount of days she was supposed to be there. Havent heard from her in a week. They wont allow phone calls in to patients and only allow patients one call to one person a day. We have… no update on my mother, and my step dad sent her money to some sketchy number and we dont even know if she got it. I blew up their phone with no answer. Left a very angry voicemail. Not happy with the lack of communication. This is my mother they have!!!!! Dont play with me!!!!!

The place was dirty and disgusting jail showers are cleaner than the showers there the nurses there treated me well but I had to wait 2 days for my medicine for opiate addiction the food was okay but I had a asthma… attack in the middle of the night and I went to the nurse for a inhaler and she told Me your not gonna come in the middle of the night and get a inhaler when clearly I could hardly breathe and they gave me a bed that had no mattress so I had to sleep on the hard box spring and the patients ran the groups it seemed the patients ran the entire facility

My father was here, finally decided to go get help after most of his life being an addict. Was successfully there for about 3 weeks when he had to be taken to the hospital for a heart attack. While in the hospital… recovering, he was told he will not be allowed to come back. Thank God for the Foundation he works with, who quickly came up with a plan to keep him on track and get him back into a rehab quickly. When I tried to get answers, no one could give me any. The nurse was wonderful, tried to reach out to her boss as to why he was being released with no explanation and still no answers. Unacceptable and quite sad. That easily could have ruined his path.

the low ratings give this location a disservice. enhancing your recovery journey is about the effort you put in. despite the BHT turnover rate, overworked staff, toxic environment (to be expected of alcoholics and… addicts...), and other kinks, this location has a team that genuinely tries to elevate clients from their circumstances. shout out to ALL the nursing/medical team, renika, facilities/cleaning team, Charles, and last but not least mister t. everyone in the building is a blessing, fr. thanks 🙏🏾

Went in for 7 days and here’s my experience . Extremely understaffed if anything the day nurses and few bht staff members along with mr t was the only good people there actually cared and attended any promblems I faced… . The food is good the beds and rooms are terrible and dirty. They only have psych nurse in on Mondays so good luck getting medication unless you throw a fit and become mental then they will have a face time set up with said nurse. I wouldn’t send my worst enemy here hell even a judge at Annapolis court house knows it’s a terrible place!!

I was there about two years ago. I was only there for a short time because they had a transfer me to the hospital after 3 days of throwing up. (Detoxing)I was in the hospital for 8 days. I was promised a bed when I got… back. They didnt realize I was going to be gone that long, and they said my bed was taken. The people did bring my belongings up to the hospital. Unfortunately, a lot of stuff was stolen. So I didn't get a chance to complete the program. I went to pathways after my hospital stay and that was a great experience.

From the moment I arrived, I noticed a distinct lack of diversity among the staff. It quickly became apparent that this lack of representation had serious consequences. The staff members consistently displayed racist… attitudes and behaviors, which left me feeling marginalized and demoralized. It is deeply disheartening to witness individuals who are supposed to support and guide you on your journey to sobriety instead perpetuating harmful stereotypes and discrimination. it was an absolute nightmare. Not only did I have to battle my own addiction, but I also had to endure the presence of a staff that was blatantly racist, making my road to recovery even more challenging.

My gf , has done her 30 days , there , and it seemed to break her , she is feeling better and I can't wait to see her , but like I told her , you have to get out of the funky life your in , and get positive. Your all… grown adults , if you want to live in the dirt and continue to do drugs and be dirty and want the world to cater to you , then so be it ,, the staff isn't your maid , one day you have to be an adult and clean up and clean behind your self , get out of the the I'm so sick life , and start doing for your self, it's about you getting clean , and building a better relationship with your family , there's people who care about you , but obviously you don't care for them , those of you writing these bad reviews are probably Still addicted,, the staff will care for you , but you have to show some good as well , it's about you , the staff has alot on there hands , they have to deal with alot of individuals and each person is different, and has different reasons for being there , help your self here , I've heard nothing but good things about this place , and I think they did a great job with my gf , and I would recommend this place to all who I have helped and will help in the future, you wana talk about jokes don't go to any of the rehab in Hagerstown, so stay positive , shake the negative off , better days will come , and I got to give a shout out to ricaha , I hope I spelled that right , thank you so much for all you have helped Heather with , 🙏🙏👍👍

Walden is a good place to be. That being there's a negative to every positive at times you can tell that different departments had it out for the dietary department specifically the manager in the dietary department.… She was one of the most amazing people that I've met on my journey through recovery she always was smiling despite what she may deal with on the outside she always kept things professional she always made sure each meal was prepared to thoroughly. Fresh hot nutritious and fulfilling not one client left outside of that cafe on an empty stomach unless they chose to. For her to continue to do her job in a very efficient manner through all the targeting write-ups that staff encouraged clients to do towards her and write-ups that come from some of the staff towards her she somehow still seems to prevail. I wouldn't have made it through my days is there if she didn't continue to give me uplifting words of encouragement and resilience. So I want to thank her for being the person she is. Once again it's sad how many people Target her for just doing her job and I feel as though they should be rooting for her rather than against her. Thank you Walden and renika.😇😇👍

This place is highly unprofessional and unorganized. The clients run groups, the staff comes to work in PJs, the nurses are way overwhelmed and overworked. They have no system. Do better. They wonder why people don't… want to stay.

Terrible place to go get help. You can't have anything of your own I was refused my mental health medicine even though I brought it with me and was denied to get my methadone. The whole place is dirty as hell and there… is little to no staff to ask for help with anything food is absolutely atrocious everybody is really rude seems like a place for ppl who just got out of jail. Not a rehab.

What a disgustingly dirty facility, even seen a few roaches. Very disappointed in the process. There is no true guidance. You are kind of left alone to figure things out on your own. The food is terrible and there was… definitely not enough as everyone was starving throughout the day and evening. I was told I would be there 3-5 days and after the sixth day I still had not seen my counselor and said I’m done. They then were trying to keep me longer when all I was doing was detoxing from alcohol. A few of the staffers genuinely cared but most of the staff were power tripping and treated many of the patients with such a lack of compassion. I’m continuing my path through my local outpatient treatment center and I’m telling you this place is a joke.
