Kapka is a very caring, loving, and talented professional. She helps identify problems, and allows you to put in the work to fix yourself. In my opinion a therapist should guide you to see the problem but it’s your job… to research these problems and find ways to fix them. It’s not their job to just provide the answers or these things are bound to repeat themselves. I appreciate Kapka for helping me become a better version of myself.

Kapka from revive counseling truly helped save my life and worked with me through one of the scariest times in my life leaving my abusive relationship I truly don’t have words to describe how much she was there for me… and went above and beyond more then any Theripist I have ever had.She truly cares and is so wise 6 months with her I accomplished more then I had in the last 5 years! Beat experience I’ve ever had!

Kapka is intuitive, honest and sincere- which isn't so common, even in a therapeutic environment She is insightful and direct, which my partner and I really appreciate. Kapka doesn't waste time getting to the heart of… the problem-no lengthy, drawn-out (and often vaguely confusing) 6-month get-to-know-you scenario like I've experienced with other therapists. My partner and I were split up and decided to give our relationship one more try since we still truly love each other. Kapka has helped us to grow back trust and confidence that we can be happy together for the rest of our lives. She has helped us to think differently- to give each other the space and time to really understand each other so that we don't just jump into difficult interactions and hurt each other. I love Kapka's sincerity and genuine caring. I find it impossible to be open or vulnerable around a therapist who is just going through the motions. Kapka would never be able to "play" at therapy. She really cares to see her clients learning, doing better and finding peace and happiness.

I have been to therapy for years, and struggled really hard to understand myself and why my marriage was struggling. Kapka really has helped me to understand where these struggles come from, and how to take ownership of… my decisions and actions and to overcome them. It by no means has been an easy process but Kapka has walked me through it teaching me how to interact with those around me in a healthy manner, with kindness regardless of how they may choose to treat me.

My partner and I started to see Kapka due to some communication conflicts we were having within our relationship. We have been together for three years, and are overall happy, but could not figure out how to get past… conflict. After a two sessions with Kapka, we immediately started to see a difference in our communication. She helped us see from the other sides perspective, and gave us strong techniques to practice outside of the sessions to help us rebuild our communication and relationship. After a few months with her, we felt like we were back to the start of our relationship. She does not favor one side or the other, and is a very unbiased third party that really helps you both understand the other. The great thing about Kapka is she also works with you to try and get you OUT of her chair, she is a good therapist in the way that her goal is to provide you with the skill set to be able to deal with conflict and life on your own, so you don’t have to keep coming back. If you are thinking about working with her, we 100% recommend!

It’s been an absolute amazing experience. Searched around for a long time to find the right Counselor and to find Therapy that is actually working to help me grow and improve and heal. Would absolutely recommend to… anybody looking to really genuinely work through things.

I came to kapka seeking a better understanding of my partner and how I could learn to be a better person for myself and everyone I love . Although its taking me some time and having made some mistakes after some time… with her straight forward truths and perspective I feel im really finding the core issue withing myself. She is very personable and has a good sense of humor but also wont sugar coat things when need be. She is an amazing woman .very smart . Helpful and caring. Can't recommend Kapka enough. First started as a couples counselor for me and my ex and helped us see things in a different way. When my ex and I split, she was there for me to help me see what I couldn't see during the… relationship. She can help you with past traumas, current life stresses, or just being able to understand something you are having a hard time comprehending. Very straight to the point, no beating around the bush, and wants what is best for you. She will tell you straight up if what you are doing is going to cause you to spend more money with her. Her goal is to help you and become a better version of who you can be. If you are struggling with anything, reach out to her. It will be worth it

I very strongly recommend Kapka as a therapist! Not only is she the most brillant and resilient person I've ever met, but she is also so understanding and compassionate. I moved to the Boise area August of 2024, and I… was in a terrible place, desperately needing help. I came across her page while doing some research on therapists in the area before I made the move, and the reviews I saw really connected with me. I reached out before I got here, and the chat we had on the phone made me feel like things might actually be alright. I scheduled a visit with her immediately. I've had several therapists in my life, but I never felt like they helped me. It always seemed like they just wanted to push meds on me, say it's valid to feel however I was feeling, and called it a day. Kapka gets down to the root of things and doesn't shy away from uncomfortable topics. She's helped me with the long process of forgiveness (both for myself and others), and has helped me take accountability both for my actions and non-actions. She pushes you to think outside the box and figure out what you want out of life so you can fully enjoy and appreciate the happy moments. If you are looking for someone who will help you actually grow, and you are willing to put in the work, she is 100% your gal. She is a lovely person, and I have felt so fortunate to have the opportunity to get to know her, learning and growing all the while. Kapka is an absolute legend! She is an awesome person and will help you see stuff from a different perspective that maybe you werent able to see for yourself! She helped me tremendously when I moved back to the Boise… area to work through what was plaguing me, and has helped me get back on track so i am able to work towards what i want to achieve! She helped me to become more mindful and more understanding. I feel she helped me get back to where I wanted to be and helped me realize that just because we have problems in life that they dont define who we are. She genuinely helped me get my shine back and now no one will be able to take that from me. She is one of the most caring people i have met, and she never seemed like she was just there for the money! If you need someone to talk to or just want a helping hand with personal growth, Kapka is the one for you! She wont sugarcoat anything, so be ready to confront and deal with your stuff and be ready to face some tough questions but i always felt she genuinely cared about me and she always wants the best for her clients!
