About Brick House Recovery – Boise

Brick House Recovery operates from 3663 North Lakeharbor Lane in Boise. The site sits in Ada County, which shapes which public funding routes apply. Nearby communities include Boise City, Garden City and Hidden Springs. Distance matters here, and the nearest option is not always the one that fits.

Intensive outpatient and outpatient care are delivered here, alongside medication-assisted treatment, telehealth appointments and care for co-occurring mental health conditions. Which level fits depends on the assessment rather than on what is available, so the useful first question is what that assessment involves.

Treatment Services at Brick House Recovery

Intensive outpatient and outpatient care run to a set weekly schedule, with evenings and weekends spent at home. That suits people holding down work or caring responsibilities, though it asks more of someone managing early recovery alone. Ask what the assessment involves before you commit.

Buprenorphine and naltrexone are available and paired with counseling rather than prescribed alone. Trauma-specific services run alongside, which matters where the two are tangled together. Co-occurring mental health conditions are treated in the same building rather than split across providers.

I attended and graduated from Brick house recovery after almost a year. I've been in and out of rehab for 40 years. I've never been able to find lasting recovery. Brick House was different. They provided a balance of… education and emotional support with a huge dose of love. Even when they could have kicked me out they chose to love me though it. As a result I'm working on a year of recovery and I'm not looking back. If you are struggling with drug and alcohol addiction call Brick House recovery.

I went through the entirety of the program at Brick House and I will say that it saved my life and changed it in a way that I will be eternally grateful. From intake to graduation they were there for me to love me… especially when I couldn't love myself. The people are genuine and loving in the best possible way. It was overwhelming of course at first but they helped me build a foundation of recovery that I use today and I am two weeks away from 15 months which is an absolute miracle that I never thought possible and it is thanks to the people who work for brick house and the clients that I came in contact with. I love Brick House and I owe them my life.

This was my first time going through a rehab program. It was intensive and insightful. The coaches and counselors are top notch. I walked into Brick Housen because I had to. When I finished both PHP and IOP I realized… it was really because I wanted too. All the staff truly care about the clients. They even an aftercare program that I found to be an essential part of my recovery

BHR has helped me so much through my early recovery! Giving me the tools i’ve needed in my life. They focus on many things but one important one that other rehabs don’t focus on in having strong EMOTIONAL SOBRIETY. This… is hands down the best rehab I’ve been too! Also can happily say will be the last!

Brick House Recovery truly changed my life. From the beginning, I felt supported, understood, and held accountable without ever feeling judged. The staff genuinely care about each person who walks through their doors,… and they helped me build the tools, confidence, and strength I needed to create a better life for myself and my children. Recovery is not always easy, but Brick House gave me a safe place to be honest, grow, and keep moving forward, even during the hard moments. The relationships and support I found there will always mean so much to me. I am incredibly grateful for my experience and would highly recommend Brick House to anyone who is ready to make a change. ❤️

Brick House Recovery truly changed my life. When I walked through those doors, I was at rock bottom. I was lost, broken down, and honestly didn’t know what my future was going to look like. Brick House Recovery gave me… the tools, support, accountability, and hope I needed to completely change the direction of my life. I went in at rock bottom, but I came out on top. Today, my life looks completely different. I now work at a treatment center where I get to use my own experience, strength, and hope to help other people who are fighting the same battle I once fought. Being able to turn some of the hardest parts of my life into something that can help another person is a blessing I never imagined possible. I will forever be grateful for Brick House Recovery and the people who believed in me while I was learning to believe in myself. I am incredibly blessed and proud to be a member of the Brick House Recovery alumni. This place will always be a part of my story, and I will never forget where this new life began. If you are struggling and wondering whether recovery is possible, I am living proof that your life can change. ❤️🙏

Highly recommend Brick House Recovery. Their faith-based 12 Step recovery outpatient program is the perfect foundational approach for anyone wanting to build lasting, life-long sobriety. The staff is incredible, the… structure is organized and well thought out, and their goal is to see every single person continue to grow in recovery long after treatment ends. If you or a loved one are seeking a way out of the darkness of addiction, Brick House Recovery is the strongest option here in Idaho.

Brick House is more than just a recovery program—it’s an experience that changed my life. From the very beginning, the staff made me feel supported, understood, and genuinely cared for. They didn’t just see me as a… client; they saw me as a person. What makes Brick House so unique is the connection you build while you’re there, and the fact that those connections don’t simply disappear when you graduate. The support, friendships, and sense of community continue long after you leave. That means more to me than I can put into words. I’m incredibly grateful for the people at Brick House who walked beside me, believed in me, and helped me find a stronger version of myself. I will carry this experience and these connections with me for the rest of my life. ❤️

Brickhouse is truly a caring and healing environment. I felt welcomed even when I was setting up my intake. All the staff here are truly amazing, loving, and knowledgeable. My coach and counselor, Christie and Sam, were… always there for me and have continued to be open to communication even after I discharged. I loved the focus on 12 step work and inner reflection that this program gave me. We talked a lot about emotional sobriety and changing our lives in all aspects, not just getting physically sober. I feel like a was taught valuable information that I haven’t gotten at other treatment centers. They help you build habits for long term sobriety so that you feel confident and excited to go out into the world and live a sober life.

I walked into Brickhouse Recovery as a lost individual. Full of depression and grief from losing many family members which I masked by drinking a ton. This place is saving my life and preparing me for one that I never… knew was possible. Brendon, Beatrice, Jim, Alli, Meckayden, Kacie, Dylan, Sam, Jay, Tamara, and Christie all care about the well being of each one of their clients and are helping me navigate this new life that I am creating for myself:) God bless them all❤️❤️❤️

It's hard to but together just what to say to accurately describe just how great Brick house is. If you are really looking to be done with the life that the drug world creates, then this is where you need to go. It is… not like any other treatment programs. It's structured in just the right way to help you begin to see yourself differently, and the staff support is like any other. They genuinely care about every single person that comes through. You begin as strangers but leave with a whole new group of REAL friends. This environment has been curated and it shows the heart of the owner Jason who isn't just a CEO in an office somewhere, but comes through all the time, building relationships with not just the staff, but clients too. I can not say enough good things, but I will say this. I was homeless on the streets of Spokane with nothing left but a long term addiction to Fentanyl and Meth. Brickhouse has changed my life and that of my families too. All it takes is the willingness to listen when you get there, and keep going back. If your looking for help, I hope you find it here too.

I LOVE Brick House! The coaches and the counselors are AMAZING! They really do care about your recovery and helping you get through some of the toughest times and helps you build that solid foundation we need in our… recovery. Not only is it such a family dynamic, but it is also faith based which I love because we not only need God in our lives, but we especially need him in our recovery. Everyone is all so welcoming with open arms even all the clients. I truly could have not picked a better recovery program.

For more than 25 years I’ve struggled as an alcoholic. I’ve been to different inpatient and outpatient programs, but nothing has compared to Brickhouse. Facing your alcohol or substance addiction is not something that’s… easy for us to accept. Admitting that we are powerless over these substances is the crucial foundation for recovery, along side with emotional sobriety. That all starts by walking through the doors of Brickhouse. At Brickhouse, you’ll find instant support and love from staff, and active sober peers in the program. The entire staff is amazing, from the admission team, counselors, coaches, caseworkers, psych doctor and UA department, you’re in safe hands. I owe Brickhouse my life, and I’m so grateful for the life I live today, alcohol free, and someone I can be proud of, in a humbling, and healthy way for my family!
