About Renaissance Ranch – Boise (7911 West Ustick Road)

Renaissance Ranch operates from 7911 West Ustick Road in Boise. The site sits in Ada County, which shapes which public funding routes apply. Nearby communities include Boise City, Eagle and Garden City. Idaho draws people across long distances for treatment, so travel time is worth weighing against waiting time.

Residential treatment, partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient and outpatient care are delivered here, alongside medication-assisted treatment, telehealth appointments and care for co-occurring mental health conditions. Which level fits depends on the assessment rather than on what is available, so the useful first question is what that assessment involves.

Treatment Services at Renaissance Ranch

Residential treatment, partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient and outpatient care run to a set weekly schedule, with evenings and weekends spent at home. That suits people holding down work or caring responsibilities, though it asks more of someone managing early recovery alone.

Buprenorphine and naltrexone are available and paired with counseling rather than prescribed alone. Trauma-specific services run alongside, which matters where the two are tangled together. Co-occurring mental health conditions are treated in the same building rather than split across providers.

Renaissance Ranch Address, Location and Contact Information

The address is 7911 West Ustick Road, Boise, ID 83704, in Ada County. The catchment reaches Boise City, Eagle and Garden City. Confirm what a program covers before traveling in, since the level of care listed is not always the level with capacity.

Ask what a first appointment involves and how long the current wait runs before making the trip. Waiting times vary with capacity, so call ahead rather than arriving unannounced.

Renaissance Refuge didn't just give me my life back, it taught me how to actually live it. From the moment I walked through the doors, I felt something I hadn't felt in years, hope. The staff met me with compassion… instead of judgment, and for the first time, I believed I was more than my addiction. The therapists and counselors there are nothing short of extraordinary. They helped me uncover the root causes of my addiction, gave me practical tools to handle triggers, and stood by me through every setback and breakthrough. The facility itself is a sanctuary, a peaceful environment that truly lives up to its name. What sets Renaissance Refuge apart is how they treat you like a human being, not a case number. The individualized care, the group sessions, the aftercare planning, every detail is designed to set you up for lasting recovery. I left with a support system, a sense of purpose, and a genuine excitement for my future. If you or someone you love is struggling, please don't wait. Renaissance Refuge is a place of healing, and it changed my life forever. I'm proof that recovery is possible, and I'll be forever grateful to this incredible team for helping me find my way back to myself.

This is a great place if you're recently paroled or in threat of being in the threat of incarceration. The women, (while wonderful in their own way) are all there either on a court order or recently released from… prison. I have no prejudice against either, however, I was mislead to believe this was a high end rehabilitation facility for women. They proclaimed daily yoga, sound baths and a "meditation" room, with off site gym visits. I was told I would have to share a room with one other person, but because of that we would have our own spa/sauna. I would have meals specially made by their chef, along with personalized counseling, and an onsite "Dr" to assist with any medical concerns related to withdrawals. Morning could've been more from the truth. I was shoved into a small room with 5 sets of bunk beds. My meals were prepared by my bunk mate Victor who made us a boiled egg with a side of cottage cheese. The Dr refused to help with withdrawals saying that it's something I should get over in a few days and then proceeded to tell me he wasn't going to continue my longtime prescriptions for anti depression meds cause I was using them, " as a crutch" They wouldn't allow my spiritual books I brought saying, "we don't do that here" I was told I would have my regular meds when I got there only to be told by a very overweight, mean looking man of a woman, wearing clothes 3 times to small for her that I would need to call my pharmacy myself. Oh and groups in a garage!

The Boise Renaissance Refuge saved my life! I am living proof that recovery works! The Renaissance Refuge was and still is a blessing in my life. I won't say it was easy recovery never is. but it wasn't something I had… to do alone the community of women the therapeutic support in the safe structured environment gave me a foundation I could stand on not just to get sober but to grow into the person I am truly meant to be. The staff is so beautiful what an empowering group of people to help walk me through the devastation and chaos that was controlling my life. I can never thank them enough for everything they have done for me.

This program didn't just help me change my life, it saved it. I walked through their doors feeling broken, lost, and unsure if I would ever save myself, my marriage and my family. But from the very first day, I felt God… working through the amazing staff here. Everyday, I felt another piece of my heart being put back together. The staff continued to remind me that God hadn't given up on me, so I shouldn't give up on myself. Today, I love the person I am, my marriage has been restored, and my faith in God is stronger than I ever thought possible. This program to me is a reminder that miracles still happen one day at a time! I am forever grateful to the staff here at Renaissance Refuge Boise.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5-Stars and forever grateful I cannot speak highly enough of this recovery program. From the moment I walked through their doors, I felt supported, respected, and genuinely cared for. The staff is incredibly… knowledgeable and compassionate, guiding me through every step of my recovery with patience and encouragement. What sets this program apart is its holistic and personalized approach. They didn’t just help me overcome addiction—they helped me rebuild my confidence, understand my triggers, and develop the tools I needed to handle life’s challenges in a healthier, more constructive way. The environment is uplifting and structured, making it easy to stay focused and motivated. Thanks to this program, I’ve regained a sense of stability and purpose that I thought I had lost. I’m truly grateful for their dedication and for the positive impact they’ve had on my life. I would recommend this recovery center to anyone seeking real, lasting change. Mel d.

Renaissance Refuge absolutely saved my life. Walking through their doors was the beginning of a completely new chapter for me. I came in broken, scared, and unsure if I could ever live sober — and they gave me every… tool, every bit of support, and every ounce of hope I needed to rebuild myself. What makes Renaissance Refuge stand out is how personal everything is. You’re never treated like a number here. The staff truly sees you, listens to you, and meets you exactly where you are. My recovery team was tailored to my needs, my story, and my pace. I was treated with kindness, compassion, and respect from day one, and that made all the difference. Because of this program, I have a life today that I didn’t think was possible — a sober, grounded, hopeful life. I’m forever grateful for the love, guidance, and tools I’ve been given here. If you’re looking for a place that will genuinely care about you and help you transform your life, Renaissance Refuge is it. Thank you for giving me the chance to become the person I am today.

I'v been here for 3 months now, and so far i'v had an incredible experience! Im on probation, and prior to coming here, I struggled with relapsing at least once a month. My PO sent me here, and I have yet to relapse! I… go to class twice a day, five times a week, for 2 hours a each class. I go to the gym 5 days a week and AA 3 to 5 times a week. So far, I'm clean and sober the longest iv been for the past 13 years and in the best shape of my life! I'm not going to lie it's not exactly easy, but if you stick to it, it gets better! (I collect my 90-day coin tomorrow!) Update: It's been over 11 months since I first came to the Ranch, and I'm still sover since the day I walked in there. It's not the easiest way to get sober, but it's the most effective!

In my darkest moment in my life they rescued me. Upon arriving the were very nice and made me feel at home, the level of treatment they provided is astonishing. I've learned so much about me and why I functioned the way… I did when in survival mode. The brotherhood and the staff are life long friends, I'm so grateful for them. Thank you Renaissance Ranch
