Best statement ever by a doctor: “You’ve already admitted that you’re not his biological grandmother. That means you’re not even his guardian……” My son is adopted. Said in front of him even, to make it worse. Avoid this… place like the plague.

I have not been there yet but was going to till my two doctors left mercy and before they left made it plain they would not be able to write my pain pills . I have some freinds that go there on Massard road where one of… my doctors went and they are getting their pain pills with out fail . There fore be aware these doctors will lie . Dont trust them.

I was a patient for approximately 9 months. I received EXCEPTIONAL Care from the Behavioral Health Department. Lisa Taper,APRN provides great Customer Service. She listens to your concerns, helps you figure out a… solution,. Lisa Taper, APRN encourages and motivates you to do better. She does not rush you thru the office visit. When you call and leave a message, she will call you back. Thanks to the treatment of Lisa Taper,APRN, I'm able to have a more productive life and function in a manner that is healthy. She saved my Life. I would recommend River Valley Primary Care Behavioral Health Services , they are the best.

My mother has been waiting for her prescription to be filled for seven days. Despite calling numerous times—because she urgently needs her daily medication—the phones at the Clarksville office go unanswered. I even had… to reach out to a different location just to try and make contact. For anyone considering this clinic, please be aware: efficient, patient-centered care does not seem to be a priority here. Clinics should understand the urgency of filling daily medications; leaving patients without essential prescriptions is not only unprofessional but also puts their health at serious risk.

They will lie to you. Very Lazy. All about the money to them. They don't care about you. Don't waste your time or money.

Very nice nurses and doctors. The receptionist are very rude! Horrible service and can not answer any questions or listen to any concerns from patients!!!

I see Ashley Gattis at this location and she is amazing! I recommend her to anyone looking for a new primary. All of the nurses and staff working the front area are so kind too! Any time I call or come in I’m treated… well and listened to.
