When I first moved to Logan County in 2018 my husband recommended that I see Glenda King, NP. She was working at the Mercy Booneville Clinic at that time. When she moved to the Ratcliff Clinic I followed her! She ALWAYS… takes the time to listen to what I have going on. She has helped me thru so many different diagnosis' and has always shown me concern and patience. Over the course of my long life there have been very few Drs or NPs that have stood out. But as for Glenda King....she's a truly amazing NP! We are fortunate to have her in our area!
Dr Lauren is great she's helped me a lot especially figuring out what works for me and what doesn't every one I've come into contact with there has been pleasant and I can't stand going to the doctor but they really… make me comfortable. I usually don't rate anything but they deserve it.
Dr colleen at the Radcliffe and fort smith location is very unprofessional, and rude. Scheduled an appointment to have a mental and physical evaluation done and she called to cancel the appointment and said she would do… no such thing because she "did not know me" and she 99.9 percent would not be mentally or physically evaluating me because I already had a dr somewhere else ( that actually personally refered me to see her.) She said she wouldn't fill out any paperwork and when I said all I need is an evaluation on file you don't have to fill out paperwork I just need checked out by a licensed Dr in person she said without my medical history she couldn't do that. I then told her I had a physical file in my hands with all my medical history in it she still denied saying no she doesn't know me and will not even see me because im not a patient even though I was literally trying to become one of her patients.
Dr. Vela and his team are absolutely amazing!! My smile is absolutely beautiful!! Each and every staff member are so good at there jobs they are kind and professional!! I recommend River Valley Primary care for any and… all dental needs
Because they couldn't take five minutes to send a fax, I'm going to miss my specialist appointment with my shoulder surgeon. I'm normally very happy with this place but this experience really changed my opinion. I had a… zero star experience today.
They are all so nice and helpful. I just love my Nurse Practicianor. Awesome visit!
The best pharmacy I have ever had. Super caring and friendly. They answer any and all questions and are extremely patient.
Best dentist I've ever had
love my drs office and all the people there.
This is the little place that could. I remember when the clinic was new. Then they added the dentist. We had a doctor AND dentist in Caulksville! Now a pharmacy! Great people, trustworthy care. A1 for effort, service,… and local convenience.
We love Dr. Kiefer! We’ve been here for the last 3 years. I’ve tried to move clinics after I moved but I have found myself coming back because I haven’t found care as well as I have received at this office. Dr. Kiefer… and his staff have always been kind, patient, and willing to answer questions I may have. They always go above and beyond to calm my anxiety before starting any procedure as well as willing to take multiple breaks during. The office is always clean and well taken care of. I would recommend this dental office to anyone in the metro area.
Been going here for years. Dr. King is awesome and we absolutely love Dr.Vela. He is legit the best dentist I've ever been to.
