Love this place but all of a sudden I can't get my dose as a take home cause I work nights so it does me no good. Took a dose last night at midnight and they made me take my one for today at 9am now I feel great dont… get me wrong but for work tonight now I will have to use. From what I was told its the new lady Tyreny or how ever its spelled that wont allow them to give take home for the day mean while walk down to the laundry mat and you can buy or trade for some. Personally I'm probably just goiback to the drugs its cheaper and way more convenient instead of going to the building 4-5 times a week. Basically its just Illinois being a drug dealer lol $13 a day for something that cost hardly anything. Nurse Jen and my counselor Brittany have always been awesome and understanding. It seems the rest only care about the money.
Miss.Lee & Miss Jan are simply the absolute bomb diggity. I truly love and care about these people and, I believe it is reciprocated big time back to us. 😁🤘🐦
The staff here is exceptional!!! They really care about their patients. I wld recommend this clinic 1000 percent
SPTC now MedMark has been a true blessing for me and my significant other. Every person has a different path in recovery and I’m truly blessed to have the support of all the staff (Lindsay, JoAnn, Jill, Darell, Blaine,… Jen, and Laurel)on mine. I have gained something from each of them and know there is nothing that would make them second guess the part they play in my recovery. I would recommend this facility to anyone and everyone who is wanting a change in their lifestyle. Everyone deserves a happy healthy and whole life!
So my 180 methadone tabs that cost 2.34 now is 13 a day . Illinois is now a drug dealer.. that cost 480% more ... What a joke

I have been here for years and its because it os the place that saved me! People leave bad reviews because they dont follow there program amd have to pay the price!! So you have to do things right to make the program… work for you!! I would recommend this place to anyone needing a leg up!!! Trust me, I have been here for a few years now and the counselors are amazi g!!
The Worst Rehab Center, They just want the money, The Councillors change weekly, They charge more then the actual drug your trying to get off of.. This what You get when people who have no idea what Drug Addiction is… Running the place. This is a For Profit organization.., Until these are free ... nothing will change..
Definitely DO NOT recommend. I was at the medmark when they were the springfield treatment center and they were so amazing but, since they became medmark they are horrible. So I transferred back to Family Guidence… Center. IF YOU ARE ALREADY AT FGC STAY THERE. MEDMARK IS HORRIBLE AND DONT CARE ABOUT THERE PATIENTS. WELL, SOME OF THEM DO BUT THEY WILL BE QUICK TO SAY YOU ARE LIAR ABOUT SOMETHING EVEN THOUGH YOU HAVE PROOF AND HAVE NEVER FAILED A DRUG TEST. If I could have put zero stars I would have!!
Staff are all amazing and you can really tell that they all care! The facility is so clean and inviting!
