Reception was good and considerate, but my interaction with one of their clinicians has to be the strangest I’ve ever had with a medical professional. Very unprofessional and inappropriate. She called me from her… personal phone (the 3rd phone call that morning) to confront me and insisted that I meet with a different provider as she didn’t like all the questions I had asked throughout all of our interactions. According to her, these questions indicated that I was mistrusting of her abilities. The questions were genuinely posed for clarification and understanding. When I tried to explain this she wouldn’t hear of it. Again, very unprofessional and inappropriate for a medical professional. Do not recommend. This was Darlene Murphy, APRN, FNP. I have no experience with the other clinician there.

A very unprofessional place. The secretary was extremely rude and was sitting there with a christmas blanket on her lap. That is extremely unprofessional and should not be in patient care settings. On top of this, they… refused to see me because they told me my appointment was at 7 & miraculously expected me to know their doors would be open at 6:45. However, the building itself does not open until 7. No warning was given when I made the appointment over the phone. It was absolutely ridiculous and pure laziness on the doctor and unprofessionalism and rudeness on the secretary. Save yourself the time and go somewhere in Carson or Reno.

Wanted to support a local business by coming here may have been one the worst mistakes of my life the staff was so rude very in titled had the worst attitude every very I mean very unprofessional don’t make the day… mistake I did drive the extra 20 mins go somewhere more welcoming

Dr. Vickery is very attentive..She listens to your explanations and also listens to your input on your healthcare..I think that is an excellent quality for a dr. to have now a days

For 4 yrs we have been going there and paying cash to see a P.A for refills..Never the same staff..Always $120.00 and as soon as they realized we were cash paying patients they wanted $220.00..Then proceeded to tell us… we have always paid that amount..They are price gouging people and I have receipts saved for tax reasons and I proved we never ever paid that price and all they can do is say sorry..I would of given no stars..beware people..This place has gone down so bad in care..

She is the greatest doctor the nurses are wonderful and I’m never rushed out and she listens to every problem and answers every question with specific and complete explanations of every problem I ever ask I am thankful… to have such a wonderful clinic so close to my home thank you for your wonderful services.

Horrible place to go the doctor talks to you through a screen for 5 minutes awkward as hell doesnt care what ur going through or what kind of help u need. Easy money scam for a crook

Both my young daughter and I see Dr. Fogel and we have never received anything but the best service. She has a great demeanor and my little one likes her too. She’s been very helpful in so many ways.

Honestly this place has been a mess for years. From unethical nurses to irresponsible doctors, to patronizing secretaries. This place has it all. On the rare occasion they pick up a decent staff member, they never last… long. Come here if you have no other option........then reconsider.
